New India Assurance — Rejected my claim for no reason | |||||
I have insured my Samsung Smartphone through Appsdaily. My claim intimation no. is AD_D_230816_[protected]. In November month I had submitted all my documents and broken phone to Appsdaily at their Mumbai address. Then after they said we will verify your all documents and after verifying all the documents we will send your documents to New India Assurance company ltd. for claim process. I am trying to follow up since last 3 months but none of their employee replied to my mail and calls. Then yesterday I complained through Consumer Complaints to Appsdaily and they replied that your claim is rejected by New India Assurance Company Ltd. How is it possible to reject the Claim without any reason. I just wanted to know the reason behind it. Was this information helpful? | |||||

New India Assurance customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Mar 02, 2017 bhhouse's response Till now we have not received any solution or any response from new india assurance company.so its very poor service .
