Hi There was touch problem in my Micromax A250 Turbo, submitted on 28th Dec 2014 to Mobile Care for repair. But its going to be 2 month i have not seen my mobile and not got the concrete assurance and reply, when would i get my mobile. I think its enough amount of time and enough sense of patience u should require from a customer. My policy No.is 25670. I think its not a matter of repair of mobile, in fact its a matter of misplace of mobile and i have to contact "KOTWALI DARIYAGANJ NEW DELHI -110002' alongwith the photograph instead of contacting mobile care customer care. There is one more speciality of your customer care no., Only James Bond 007 can contact on mentioned no. through satelite coverage because normal telephone connection has not the ability to contact on mobile care's customer care No. Please please please please requesting you kindly return my mobile after doing the repair activity. Its a humble request... that is the last thing i can do to show my gentleness and now its your turn to show it.

    Respected Sir, I gave my phone LG OPTIMUS L5 E-615 with problem's "Sim slot problem ear speaker problem & charging problem" ON 2 DEC 2014 and then they return my phone on date 30 dec 2014 with extra problem "hand free jack problem" with resolving only one above mention problem(i.e SIM Slot problem) then i recall them and they finally came on 07 January 15 to collect my phone, & handed me the job sheet with address "new mobile care india pvt.ltd, office address is Sadh Nagar Gali no.1 palam".Now I had called them many times after the due date but they don't respond my call & not getting me any satisfactory response from their authorized person "Mr.Amrit" side.They are having my phone from the last 2 months. I took this company's insurance at the time of purchase (unfortunately) & paid Rs 1000 . I have not gone through such a pathetic service and these guys are troubling a lot and only make imbecile excuses every time.I want a strict action to be taken against them and want my phone asap. i am a physically Challenged person and student(Pursing graduation), so i have face lot's of problem and make major impact in daily life Physically and mentally.So here i Requested to you through this complaint plz take a strict against them and cancelled their licence, because their is lot of victims like me.         I'm Sony experia mobile consumer And my phone was insured by Your Company ( new india mobile care pvt. ltd.)
        But I was faced some issue in my phone on 2nd sep. 2014. at that time i was submit my phone in your company for the repair purpose, but still on 14 jan 2015 i did got my phone from your side, I'm really Frustrated by your service, And I'm Mailing You With lots of hope That You will take a strong action in this matter, Other wise I'll not recommend to anyone will take your service, and Also I'll Take a strong Action ( May be go in consumer form )

            i have sumbit my phone xolo q800 on 10.09.2014. but till date i have not return my phone back. i buy it 19.05.13 and on the same day i bought mobile care insurance i.e. NMC007540 worth Rs. 1000 when i took card shopkeeper told me your phone warranty incresed for more 01 year. means total warranty is 2 years from the date of purchase. I sumbit my phone on 10.09.14. after that i call[protected] they said to me your phone can not repaired. please do the needful why my phone not repaired.

                  Hi, It's been a month now, my Samsung S4 was picked by Mobile Care for repair but haven't received my mobile yet from them. Every time when i call they people make me fool & keep on changing the delivery date. In fact don't tell the exact status my phone. Am just fed up and don't have trust at all in these kind of warranty service providers...For now could anyone please log my complaint against this company and take strong action so that they should not make fool to anyone else.                       I was to get my handset on 30th October 2014. Its 11th December and they still have not returned the handset. Since 30th October I call them approx 20 - 25 times a day. With great difficulty the call gets through and the ladies in the service centre tell us to wait for a day or two. I have no idea as to what it would take to get my handset back from New Mobile Care.

                            My Handset was received by service boy on 27.july.2014. model no. P-350 Micromax Tablet. We have call many times to customer care but we are getting irresponsible way from customer centre. Last time we have talked to customer care on 02.Dec.2014 at 16:00 hrs. & customer care told us we will deliver within 10 days. But now at this time we are getting wait for only 10 days.                               New Mobile Care India is a mobile insurance company that provides insurance services of mobile phones against damage and theft. I had purchased a Samsung Galaxy phone along with the New Mobile Care insurance in June 2013. My phone was damaged and was to be given for repair around 19th September 2014. I had to call them multiple times and they finally sent the executive Mr Vimal to collect my phone on 10th October 2014. I was promised that my phone would be repaired in 15 working days. Around 25th October 2014, I was told that my phone would be delivered by 30th October 2014. Unfortunately that never happened. Since 1st November 2014, I have been calling them up almost everyday but to no avail. Senior executives of the company Mr. Amit Arora ( [protected]) never picks up the phone. Mr. Parvin Goel ( [protected], [protected]) always has his phone switched off. The only numbers reachable are[protected] and[protected]. Their website www.newmobilecareindia.com does not work any more and there is no way I am able to escalate this issue to the "seniors" in the organisation.                                     Kind Attn. My Sony Handset Sony C-2194 was covered in an insurance from New Mobile care. On 28.05 the handset was blank so I called the customer care and register the complaint. Their executive came on 30.05 and picked handset (Sony C-2194) and inform that the mobile will be repaired in 15 Days and will be handed over to you by 15.06. and in case it will not be repaired in the given time frame then a alternative handset will be handed over to you. But after requesting several times no handset has been issued. Despite of several wrong commitments from them my mobile status is yet not confirmed as Mr. Amit (Manager) promised me that it will surely be delivered to my address by Tuesday (i.e. 22.07) but his commitment is also fake and now he is not picking up the mobile. Yesterday, I received a call from Mr. Sunny mentioning that my handset will be delivered to my address by today before 5.00 P.M and if he will be unable to deliver the same then he will provide a new handset and now it above 5.00. I called Mr. Amit several times he don't bother to receive a phone call and getting rid of his responsibility which is not at all a professional approach. I am fed up of wrong commitments and now seek your help as now I need my money back. Regards, Gagandeep

                                      customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I have made call to MOBILE CARE's Customer care number but it is Wrong number. All the number mention their are wrong number. The office location is also changed. Any one have any idea about new location so please share.
