[Resolved]  The Times Of India — non-issue and abusive behavior of the staff

under the instructions from my legal counsel I inform u the following:
My Subscriber Identification Number: IAE 020662
with the change of address being effected by you during the first week of June, there has been irregular distribution of TOI copy to me. I have made so many representations to your office but in vain. hence i visited your office on 23/07/2013 and handed over a personal letter asking to refund the balance amount. i was attended by one Mr.Rajan who assured me that the money would be refunded in a couple of days. however, till 01/08/2013 there had been no response. again i made repeated calls to your office for knowing the status. but i was told that the problem would be settled the next day. on 02/08/2013 someone claiming to be from TOI called me over mobile phone from mobile number [protected] at 7.33 a.m. and terminated the call within a single word. hence i dialed his number three times from 7.47 a.m to 8.11 a.m. but there was no response from the person. hence i waited till 9.20 a.m. and finally called ur office asking for Circulation Manager. but this occasion too Mr.Rajan came to the scene and after a long scathing argument on both sides, he dared to face legal encounter in this regard. however i gave time till 18.00 hrs on 02/08/2013/. as there has been no response from ur side till this moment and as Mr.Rajan challenged for legal proceedings in this regard, i have no other option but to seek proper legal forum for suitable remedy. with the cause of breach of trust, breach of contract and negligence of obligation from ur side to the customer, it highly tatamounts for me to knock suitable legal forum. as such, you are liable for all that expenses and compensation that may occur in this regard without any compromise,
