Dear Sir,

I purchased a Electrolux elite Fully Automated Washing Machine through online from next.co.in vide their order no. #[protected] dtd. 23/11/2012 ( 23 November 2012). Delivery terms as given by them on net was 5 to seven days but they have not shipped the material so far. I tried to contact them several times through phone but they did not responded on phone no. [protected]. After several efforts to approach them through phone I did not succeeded and then I have decided to post a complaint aginist them.

    I wish make you aware of the horrible experience I have had with Next.co.in

    I had ordered a pen drive from NEXT.CO.IN (order no #[protected] on[protected]. I have not received the order till today 09.11.2012. Even after such a long time there has been no response to this order.

    In spite of repeated telephonic and written email complaints, nothing has been done so far. Their contact no is[protected] / [protected]@next.co.in

    No one picks up the customer care phone number; there is no response
    to the emails.

    I have not seen such a lousy ecommerce initiative in my whole
    life.

    I request you to all viewers; please take care before booking anything from this site.

    Same is my case for the order #[protected]. Order Date: November 12, 2012. I've n't received any communication on this. Neither I could reach them on their customer care number. Why call it customercare when no call is received? I've made over 100 calls to customercare number and their headoffice from Bombay, no one even receives these calls.

    Never place any order at this chor site, they will force you to bark ...

    Pathetic Customer care services, no meaning to call there customer care ...

    They will not listen, will keep on putting wrong promise ...

    They will keep on saying will call back but never call ...

    Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeee...not place any order with ...

    I request all of you ...Please share your experience about this chor site...

    i had order wallets
    order no : [protected] delivered on 21stmarch 2015
    one wallet is defected and one's security lock is broken
    kindly change the wallets as soon as possible

      around 8 days back. Even after such a long time there has been
      no reposnse to this order.

      No one picks up the customer care phone number, there is no response
      to the emails.

      To top it all even after calling the Mumbai headquarters there is no
      response. I have not seen such a lousy ecommerce initiative in my whole
      life.
