Dear Sir,

I purchased a Electrolux elite Fully Automated Washing Machine through online from next.co.in vide their order no. #[protected] dtd. 23/11/2012 ( 23 November 2012). Delivery terms as given by them on net was 5 to seven days but they have not shipped the material so far. I tried to contact them several times through phone but they did not responded on phone...

I wish make you aware of the horrible experience I have had with Next.co.in

I had ordered a pen drive from NEXT.CO.IN (order no #[protected] on[protected]. I have not received the order till today 09.11.2012. Even after such a long time there has been no response to this order.

In spite of repeated telephonic and written email complaints, nothing has been done so far. Their contact no is[protected] / [protected]@next.co.inbr...

Non delivery of order

I wish make you aware of the horrible experience I have had
with Next Retail

I had ordered a washing machine from NEXT.CO.IN (order no 36417)
around 8 days back. Even after such a long time there has been
no reposnse to this order.

No one picks up the customer care phone number, there is no response
to the emails.

To top it all even after calling the Mumbai headquarters...
