Nextra Broadband — Bed service, need full amount back

Recently in End of July 2020 I got installed new connection of Nextra wifi. Only in one month connection was down by 15-20 days. After so many follow ups they said it is technical fault or so. But problem not resolve as per their given time. Always they took 3-4 days to resolve the issue. I am doing work from home and because of these unprofessional people I always get distracted with my work. I am suffering and loosing my work because of Nextra and no response behaviour also false commitment while call to them.
I have purchased one year package from nextra, but I totally fed up and irritated with these guys and their service. I have paid them Rs.5899 + 2000 security amounts.
Now I want my whole money back. Please help me to save from this mental trauma in this Pandemic period. I don’t want to loose my job because of these Nextra people.
