Recently in End of July 2020 I got installed new connection of Nextra wifi. Only in one month connection was down by 15-20 days. After so many follow ups they said it is technical fault or so. But problem not resolve as per their given time. Always they took 3-4 days to resolve the issue. This connection was closed in 2016. I had been waiting for refund, but did not actively followup. Last year on 25th june 2019, i was communicated that refund will be processed in 2 weeks. All my account details etc. Were taken.

Still no refund. I dropped a follow up email to support & nodal. No response from nodal. Support responded with a generic template.

I have been using the Nextra connection for more than a year but the problem started in november 2018, every 10 days I lose the internet connectivity and face the insternet speed issue, after keep calling them and keep mailing them but no one resolved any issue, its like the issue gets fixed after some time and they dont even bother to foloowup on the issue, the issue got worse in January and february I have dropped...

I have registered a complaint on faulty router change 6 days back, but still no technical person have made a visited to change it.
