Recently in End of July 2020 I got installed new connection of Nextra wifi. Only in one month connection was down by 15-20 days. After so many follow ups they said it is technical fault or so. But problem not resolve as per their given time. Always they took 3-4 days to resolve the issue. refund awaited for 4 years

Customer id 2021510
This connection was closed in 2016. I had been waiting for refund, but did not actively followup. Last year on 25th june 2019, i was communicated that refund will be processed in 2 weeks. All my account details etc. Were taken.

Still no refund. I dropped a follow up email to support & nodal. No response from nodal. Support responded with a generic template.

worthless customer care services and unstable net connection

Its the same story every 2-3 weeks. The internet stops working and they give ### reasons that BSES has cut their line as if they got no better things to do. And after that they stop picking up calls, don't give any status update. Upon telling that i ll register complaint against them they send there email address and details boldly to say do whatever you want.

very poor service

I have been using nextra broadband for quiet a while now. But everytime i am using it, suddenly it stops working.
It happens so frequently that i lose my very important work and calls all the times.

poor service, internet is always slow and sometime down

I have registered a complaint on faulty router change 6 days back, but still no technical person have made a visited to change it. Customer care is worst in the country when i ask them to give their manager number and name the representative told me they can't give their manager name and neither they are allowed to transfer call to the team lead or manager. I am really surprised how the hell these people are running this company....

Nextra is one of the worst internet service provider in delhi-ncr. They suck at quality service. Every month internet remains down around 6-7 days. This month in june 2018 it was down for back-to-back 5 days. If nextra wants to verify they can check number of complaints, i raised against my nextra user id : 02055046.

Nextra needs to understand that advertisement would not get them more subscriber for long but quality service...

no internet services and also denying from refunding amount

My customer id is 2067144. I have recharged for rs.700+ on 22 july. My internet was not working on that day itself, cab led was not blinking. So i raised a complaint to resolve my connection issue. Complaint has been raised constantly after that, but there is no resolution to the issue.

Internet service and speed issues.

I am tired o[censored]sing nextra in my office. It doesnt work most of the time. when it does, i get speed of 1 or 2 or 3 mbps.
