This connection was closed in 2016. I had been waiting for refund, but did not actively followup. Last year on 25th june 2019, i was communicated that refund will be processed in 2 weeks. All my account details etc. Were taken.
Still no refund. I dropped a follow up email to support & nodal. No response from nodal. Support responded with a generic template.
Post that i have been dropping emails every 2 weeks, same reply no response. When you call customer care, they ask you to wait for 2 weeks. Now when i say that every time you say the same please transfer call to senior, they put on hold and call disconnects Was this information helpful? |
