I am nextra broadband customer for more than a month and i must convey this information that never use of apply for it. It has the worst customer support you can ever get from anyone. I have raised complaint many times for frequent internet disconnection but customer care of nextra is extremely pathetic. There are bunch of people sit who just repeat there sentences (Sorry for inconvenience) and the inconvenience will follow you until you get rid of nextra and when you do you will lost money and your energy. Bottom line is nextra do not care there after sales services and they do not bother about customer.in my personal experience, never go for nextra Was this information helpful? |
