I have launched a complaint that my cab led is not working from past three days. I gave been following up with the cudtome4 care so many times, yet they are not solving the issue. My complaint number is [protected]. I have pending works which is getting hampered. Every time i call customer care, they day it will be resolved today ad the team is working. Fake commitments and fake promises. I have been disgusted and truly planning to disconnect the internet. As there are other service providers in my area who can happily provide better services. I am surprised to see such kind of highly unprofessional behaviour from a reputed company like nextra in these competitive market. Sheer negligence and highly disgusted by the behaviour
