Nextra is one of the worst internet service provider in delhi-ncr. They suck at quality service. Every month internet remains down around 6-7 days. This month in june 2018 it was down for back-to-back 5 days. If nextra wants to verify they can check number of complaints, i raised against my nextra user id : 02055046.
Nextra needs to understand that advertisement would not get them more subscriber for long but quality service would.
In my opinion, if one wants peace of mind then never go for nextra, pay 100/200 more monthly to get more reliable internet service provider. Was this information helpful? |
