Nextra Broadband — no internet services and also denying from refunding amount

My customer id is 2067144. I have recharged for rs.700+ on 22 july. My internet was not working on that day itself, cab led was not blinking. So i raised a complaint to resolve my connection issue. Complaint has been raised constantly after that, but there is no resolution to the issue.

After so many complaints, my connection is not working, and when i raised a request to disconnect services, their customer care is denying refund of my amount which i have paid for 1 month internet services.

So in short, nextra did not able to provide me a single day internet services and they are not ready to even refund the amount for the same.

They are really harassing me to their full extent.
