Customer id: 2114742 - referral bonus not received
I have referred my neighbor for new internet connection and he has got the internet connection installed. As per the referral scheme, i am eligible for rs 400 in my nextra account. However, i have not received the referral bonus yet. I have raised the complaint but it was advised to me that they could not find the details due to some technical issue. But they got the new customer because of me. I raised this complaint ahead first to the nodal officer and then to the appellate officer but they never responded back after multiple chasers.
Highly dissatisfied with the service.
