Nextra Broadband — Security amount have not been refunded

Hi,
Let you inform you first that i am very disappoint with nextra service not only at the time of taking there connection but also after disconnection.
After taking there connection within a 20 days something went wrong and i was unable to use internet. I complaint many times but the executive says will resolve your issue within a 24 hour but its not done even after a month, so i have to raise request for disconnection from your service permanently. Now i want my security deposit then again i have file a request for my security deposit amount your executive said will pay you in 30 days maximum but even after the 30 days i haven't got any response from them. I have complaint many more times but then they replied same blah blah blah... Now its been 2 month after disconnection request and my amount has not been refunded yet.
I request you to please take a look at my matter and resolve it as soon as possible i will be very thankful to you.

Nextra is one of the worst internet service provider in Delhi-NCR. They suck at quality service. Every month internet remains down around 6-7 days. This month in June 2018 it was down for back-to-back 5 days. If NEXTRA wants to verify they can check number of complaints, I raised against my NEXTRA user ID : 02055046.

If you want peace of mind then NEVER go for NEXTRA, pay 100/200 more monthly to get more reliable internet service provider.
