Hi, nextra customer id: 2090347. It has been more than 1 year and the security amount has not been refunded yet the total amount is 1500. I have lodge more than 20 complaints and in return i always get system generated message. While calling the rep they assure that it has been escalated, but still there was no resolution. I know there are so many people who are suffering the same issue and we all have been deceived by them. They are really burglar. I dont know why they are still in the market and legal actions are not being taken care against them.
Govt should have a plan to regulate such kind of thieves and also should ban them with a handsome penalty amount!!

U will not only waste ur money but ur time and energy too. They never case wahts customer issues r.
I feel I took nextra broadband connection juat to talk to their team in every 3rd - 4th day.
