Nextra Broadband — security refund

Nextra is one of the worst internet service provider in delhi-ncr. They suck at quality service. Every month internet remains down around 6-7 days. So i decided to leave nextra. But they didn't refund my security amount. My customer id is 2020338. It's been almost one year and they did not refund my security amount which is rs1500. They had collected broadband from me.
