Nextra Broadband — They are not providing me the service and their technical people are misbehaving with us

3 days back they have charged Rs 2660 from me but they are not providing me their service at all, I ve called on their customer care number 20-25 times but every one is saying same thing that 'we ve forwarded you concern'. After getting so pissed with them I asked to refund the amount (rs 2660), which I have paid to them but they are not refunding the amount as well. Right now I am feeling so cheated by this company, they are not paying any attention to my concern at all.
I request you to take some strict action so that next time they should not repeat the same thing with any customer. I hope you at least you ll pay some attention to my concern.

Nextra is one of the worst internet service provider in Delhi. They suck at quality service. Every month internet remains down around 6-7 days.

Nextra is one of the worst internet service provider in Delhi. They suck at quality service. Every month internet remains down around 6-7 days. This month in June 2018 it was down for back-to-back 5 days. If NEXTRA wants to verify they can check number of complaints, I raised against my NEXTRA user ID : 02055046.

If you want peace of mind then NEVER go for NEXTRA, pay 100/200 more monthly to get more reliable internet service provider.
