I cancelled the nextra connection and returned the router 3 months back but not received security amount as refund yet. When they came at home to collect security amount i asked how they will process refund they said we can process refund in anyone account & that will be online. Now when i requested for refund they called & said in november, that you have to accept old 500 notes as refund otherwise we will not process the refund. I informed that on paper i have proof you have informed me that it will be online they again said we will not process. When i called customer care they said we are processing & it will be processed. When i escalated on email they said that you have taken the connection on your dad account & you have given your details for refund so we cannot process the refund. I informed them me and my dad surname matches & address also matches, you can take my voter id also so how you can say me as different entity & my dad has no bank account because he is so old but they denied. Later on i informed them to give me the cheque on my dad name & i will see how to proceed but that is also not processed. I am sending emails daily & calling them daily but everytime they are saying backend team is working and we will process the refund. When i inform to call center agent to transfer to supervisor they say he is not available & you will receive call back but no one called me yet. I request consumer complaints forum to help me in fixing this & inform them to refund my money in my bank account and should take strict action against them. Was this information helpful? | |||||
