Nextra Teleservices — Connection transfer issue | |||
Hi, 1 month ago i got nextra broadband connection in sector 21 gurgaon and executive told me that they will transfer the connection anywhere in gurgaon anytime. After a month i requested to transfer the connection at my new home in sector 23. After several follow ups they said there is no feasibility then i requested to transfer it to jamia nagar where the nextra site showing full feasibility. Today i received the email that there is no feasibility. Executive is not picking up the call and call centre is just copy pasting the response. Please help. I am getting no connection of internet since last 7 days for most part of the day. I do wish to know ...why??...and I want it restored within a deadline of august 6, 2017 1:00pm. Its better you get it done otherwise...
