Dear nextra customer care, Please note from last friday 07.10.2016 am facing internet connectivity problem. The internet connection stops abruptly. Yes to this did receive an sms that there would be issues due to up gradation of the network. This went on and on friday 14.10.2016 (Ticket number[protected] made a complaint that from thursday night there was absolutely no internet connectivity. Connectivity resumed on saturday afternoon. Today again at 18:45 hours 16.10.2016 sunday the connectivity is disrupted. Am using my travelling dongel from tataindicom to write to you. I had called your customer care at[protected] the call was answered afetr a wait of almost 5 minutes by an associate by name mr. Vivek. His whole approch was rude and the way he spoke is not right. This is not the way to speak to a customer (Check your recording - if you have one) requested him to connect to a senior on which he flatly refused and disconnected the call. Very bad handling of customer in fact pathetic. Are we paying for your services to get insulted. Check this trail mail and see at how many times you all have defaulted and am still being patient with you all ; check my bill payment record and see my payment promptness.
