Nextra Teleservices — getting speed 20 mbps, should be 50mbps & now no internet | |||||
Complaint no. [protected]. This number issue hasn't been resolved since july. The complain is in regards to low speed that should be 50 mbps and speed received is about 20 mbps and since yesterday i. E. 11th aug, 2017 i have no internet and i haven't got any calls from to nextra to notify me about the resolution. We/i have to run after nextra to get our own internet working. This tells us the isp like airtel is better then nextra and it's also unfortunate that airtel is not available where i'm at otherwise i would have taken airtel broadband services long time back.
