Nextra Teleservices — Not Refunding after discontinuation of broadband. | |||||
Hello Sir, This is regarding my broadband connection with my registered mobile no. [protected] with the nextra teleservices. I have discontinued my broadband services on may 06, 2017. Since then nobody has communicate regarding collection my router and refunding my money which is 1500 rs. I have called so many times on their customer care but nothing has done. Every time i just got the assurance to resolve the matter but nothing has happend til now.
