Nextra Teleservices — poor services of nextra broadband

I was using nextra broadband services for last 3 years, last year onwards their service standard has gone down and they have started cheating people. I have called and received 100 of calls from their custumer care reprenstative every time there is a call from a different executive & they are not at all aware of any previous conversation. They charged me from different plan which i did not take, for first 2 months (After shifting my plan) got correct bill but 3rd month onwards they started charging double the amount when i opposed that initially their executive said we will revise the invoice but they did not. I refused to pay extra amount and later they disconnected services and now they are continuing sending reminder for outstanding payment with late charges. Of initial outstanding of rs. 400 amount now they have made outstanding amount to rs. 1400 in just 5 months.
Guys beware of them.
They are highly unprofessional company in terms of service & custumer support.
Pls do not start their service unless you take their plan in writing, chances are they will cheat you.
