    I was supposed to receiv the refund amount of Rs1500 against the security deposit with Nextra .. I stopped using nextra services from 24th aug'20 and the team collected the router from my place somewhere in Sep'20 post which i was supposed to get the refund in 90days from providing the bank detail/return the router.. However it's been 5month(150 days) I have been madly follow up with them nt they are least bothered

      I am surprised the way company is harassing me for refund of my security deposit for the last one year. I have contacted them at least for 26 times...GIVEN THEM BANK STATEMENT/GIVEN LATER FROM THE BANK.
      WOULD REQUEST TO PLEASE HELP ME TO GET THE REFUND AT THE EARLIEST.

        Sir, my registered mobile no is [protected],
        after so many complaints my refund of 1700 is not done.
        i have cancelled my account but its 4th month no one came to collect my router and my refund.
        after 9 months lockdown when i came i called costumer care to ask whether i should recharge or not..she said to recharge and your wifi will start working but it didn't worked.
        please help me out or will complain on legal backgrounds.

          My name Abhishek Verma my cus id is 2110839 my contact no is [protected] my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com I disconnected my nextra service from since july but also after that my connection not disconnected i complaint them over and over again from since july they are not responding it not also this they also replying of my email now i don't know what to do i gave them 1500 as security deposit but they are not listening i want my refund back please help me regarding this issue i just uploaded my receipt which i got from them when i given them security deposit

              Please not that I have multiple time to registered complaint form day one when I took the new connection. 13 times I have call and registered 9 complaint that my connection is unstable but poor respond and without confirmation they are close the ticket. When I ask why you close the ticket when problem still there. They are responding out system is showing connection is active. Then once again I told him connection is unstable and at least 4 to 5 hour internet are ideal.
              Even they never call to verify the issue.
              Do not take the connection even local vendor are also recommended do not take the connection.

              Customer represent never take any response and responsibility and behave like street vendor.
              Every day 3 to 5 hours are ideal internet.

                  I had been facing connectivity issues with nextra broadband since a very long time. Their services are pathetic.
                  I had recharged my internet connection yesterday on 3rd December 2020 at 7 pm. At exactly 10 PM the internet stopped working and there was no connectivity till 3 Am due to which I was not able to do my office work. I called the customer services today and did put in request to stop my connection immediately and refund my plan amount which was paid just yesterday of 648 Rs. The customer care person simply denied for the refund even if I was not able to use the internet. Please help me with the refund

                    Hi there,

                    My customer id is 2008549.

                    It's really unfortunate that despite being a loyal customer of Nextra for the last 8 years, we are being treated like this.

                    Our internet has not been functioning since yesterday because of which a lot of our work has been held up. As you may understand, because of the pandemic, we are working from home and thus require uninterrupted internet services.

                    However, despite sending so many reminders to you, each time we are greeted with the same response: 'We are working on this.'

                    I want to understand by when will the connection be restored.

                    They are the worst internet service providers. They start sending payment reminders even before the month is complete, but won't compensate if your net does not work for days. They suck!

                      भाई साहब नमस्कार हम आपके हैं इतनी कंप्लेंट करके थक चुके हैं कि हम किसी को यह नहीं कहेंगे कि आप मैक्स्ट्रा का इंटरनेट लीजिए आपकी सर्विस बहुत ही खराब बहुत ही खराब है हमने बार-बार कंप्लेंट कर कर के थक गए हैं आपका कॉल सेंटर वाले भी कह देते हैं कि आज कोई बंदा आएगा और आपका ठीक कर दे आपकी गुडविल बनाते समय काफी समय लगता है और बिगड़ते समय केवल 2 मिनट में यह फैसला आपने लेना है या तो आप अपनी कंपनी को ताला लगा दीजिए कह दीजिए आप इंसॉल्वेंट हो गए दिवालिया हो गए हैं और आप लिए हुए कनेक्शन का कार्य नहीं करा सकते हमें आशा है आप इस पर जरूर गौर फरमाएंगे और देखेंगे कितनी कंप्लेंट करके जब से हमने उनसे कनेक्शन लिया है जब से ही हम रो रहे हैं अभी तक इस पर कोई कार्यवाही नहीं होती है एक तो आपका केबल प्रोवाइडर जो है खत्री केबल वाला वह कहता है कि आप मेरे से लगवा लीजिए आपको कोई प्रॉब्लम नहीं आएगी मैं आपको दूसरी कंपनी का लगवा देता हूं महीने 6 महीने का क्वेश्चन आपको दे रखा है उसका क्या होगा आप बताइए मेरी कंप्लेंट देखिए आपके तरफ से कोई एक्शन नहीं हुआ ना ही कोई आपका बंदा यहां आत हैकृपया करके अपने इंजीनियर को भेजें और उसे दिखाएं और उसको देखें वह हमेशा फोन से कहता आपका फोन ठीक हो जाएगा या तो उसकी खत्री केबल वाले से कुछ सेटिंग है जो कि आपकी गुडविल को खराब कर रहा है हमें आशा है आप इस पर तुरंत कार्रवाई करेंगे धन्यवाद

                          I had put a disconnection request of my nextra broadband account (Customer id 2115831) and it was clearly communicated to me that the disconnection as well as the router collection will be completed in 30 days time and you will get the call back in 48 hrs after putting the request. None of the nextra person called me about this and on repeated follow-up, they had temporarily disconnected my connection. Inspite of several calls & follow-up, i am not getting satisfactory response and i believe they have put my connection under retention category and don't want to return my security deposit of rs. 1500.

                          This is completely a non professional behavior of the company and they are not committed towards the commitment made to the customers.

                          I would like to highlight this issue here so that people should know about nextra company and think twice thrice before taking any services from them.

                                I disconnected my nextra connection last year in November, my router was collected by your executive in january.
                                Now i am waiting for my own money to be transferred from you people, but I don't know why i have yet not received it, every time when I call your customer service center your executive kept on saying that they have forwarded my concern to the finance department, but your finance team is not doing anything.

                                Is this how Nextra is making money by fooling their customers?
                                Please refund my hard earned money.

                                  Dear Sir/ Madam,

                                  This is with reference to my nextra connection with cust Id 2113346 in Gurgaon, which was disconnected in September 2018. For four months after the disconnection of service, I called the nextra helpline numerous times to process my refund for the same, only to be given a new service request no. every time and being told that someone would call me back from Nextra, there was no call back and the service request nos. were closed by Nextra without my refund being processed.

                                  It has been 2 years and my refund for security deposit of Rs. 1000 is still pending, . I shared my bank details with the support team over email on 31st Jan and have even written to the customer service and operations head Vaibhav Kaushal.
                                  Nextra team isrefusing to pay the refund saying it is for the modem. I have informed them several times that they never issued me a modem/router and instead Betaab, the Nextra engineer who did the installation advised me to get my own. I was told at the time of installation by both the engineer Betaab and the sales exec Sandeep that security deposit is mandatory and refundable. I even called the nextra customer Helpline to check and they confirmed the same. Then they refuse to refund with the alibi that it can only be refunded if I can give them the deposit receipt from over 6 years ago. I didn’t receive anything at the time of installation from their executive. He told me the deposit will show in my account and it does. My account shows in their records that I deposited Rs.1000 towards security.

                                  It is shocking to see that the nextra team wants to create all possible imaginary and unfair reasons to not refund my money even after two years of the connection being disconnected, and not one to legally refund the my security deposit which is due for refund for over two years now.

                                  Requesting your help to pls. help expedite the refund.

                                  There is immense mental trauma and harassment that has been caused to me by Nextra while following up with them for two years for a simple refund of security deposit which is rightfully and legally due to me, and was earlier delayed and is now being fraudulently denied stating excuses.
                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I was fraudulently charged security deposit by nextra engineer when I took no router from them, and on checking with the nextra sales person sandeep and the online support team, I was told it is mandatory to pay security deposit. The Nextra team started with blaming me recently me for paying the refund, and then to deny refund, continues to harass and ask for a receipt for security deposit which I have clearly stated was not received, as I was told at the time of installation that the deposit would reflect in my account and it does. I has checked with the support team back then, and recently again and they confirmed that a security deposit of Rs.1000 reflects in my account. Despite this, the nextra team with malafide intentions denies that it exists, and denies the refund by asking me to prove with a receipt that I paid.

                                  Nextra doesnt check its own processes and systems, and it seems there is no validation or verification of what their teams follow on the ground, because a failure to provide receipts for security deposit, and the fact that they should not have taken a refund from me, is a failure and indicates no checks and balances at their end.

                                  Further, to make excuses and deny my refund on the security deposit, Nextra shared with me a CRF form with incorrect details about me and forging my signatures claiming it to be filled by me at the time of installation of the said broadband connection. It is appalling to see them indulge in such fraudulent practices such as forging my signatures and sharing a fake form to deny the refund of security deposit due to me.

                                    I have registered a complaint [protected] as the internet is not working since 27th September after noon but Nextras' team is not able to fix the issue. They dont understand that users are facing problems due to this as during this pandemic almost everyone is working from home and internet is needed. I have had a word with their supervisors as well but they dont seem to have any answer and they are not even ready to give the compensation for this for more than 2 days.
                                    Nextra has provided the worst internet service and their support is pathetic as this is the second instance that has happened with me in past 1.5 months.
                                    They ask us to recharge before month starts and then provide minimal services.

                                      Despite several request since june 2020, neither the router was collected nor the refund of security deposit made.                                       I have surrendered my connection (Customer id no.[protected] on 21 june 2020 vide request no.[protected]. Nobody from nextra office contacted me for collection of router. I requested for the same many a times over telephone and also sent an email on 14 july for which a request no. Raised : [protected]. But the company turned a deaf ear to my complaint. It is very shameful that the company is not responding to my request. Because of the worst services, i surrendered my connection (The same work service i am experiencing in the case of refund). Please make arrangements for the same and also the refund of security deposit. Registered mobile no. Is [protected].

                                        I am having 200mbps plan and I never got that speed not even close to it and it feels like I am using 100mbps plan. I never achieved speed more than 95mbps and some suggest that it will your device problem but I am having the latest wifi 6 in all my devices. Its like money is being wasted as promised by your company they never provide a good service. if you compare the other fibre networks like jio and airtel at least they give 190mbps in 200 Mbps plan in the approximately the same price. i hope you listen to my complain and work on it because and i am extremely unhappy
