I was using nextra teleservices pvt. Ltd. Broadband connection, customer id is 2049046. I have deposited security amount rs 1500 at starting and it was refundable amount at the time of connection withdrawal. I have withdrawal this connection 2 months before and number of time followed up with customer care but still there is no refund i received. Kindly to the needful on the same and take appropriate action on service provider.

    Dear Sir/Mam
    I disconnected the nextra broadband but my security money worth 1500/-Rs.
    not refunded by nextra.I called them for my money but they told me that they will give but after one month nothing is happening.When i subscribe a new connection from nextra they told me that the security money will be refunded at the time of disconnection.But after discoonection from on and half month they did not refund the money and not giving any satisfactory answer.

      I have connection regustered with mobile no. [protected]. Its not working properly sometimes its server problem smtimes its router problem and sm times other problems. Everytime i call them they say give us 4 ro 24 hours we qill resolve the problem bt they never do. Last week my router adpter was not working i told thwm bt tehy didn't send anyone for 3 days after i told thm to cancel the connwction their engg came. Now again it worked for two three days andnow its again lost. I filed the complain with complain no. [protected] bt uts still not solved neither i received a call. Everytime they say we wil do it on urgent bases bt never. So why i am paying them for monthly charges? Seriously fed up from ur services it only works for 20 25 days and u ask for payment on time thats not the way. If its going to continue like this its better to have not a coonection i shall pay other company who can lrovide us better connection.

          Its have not completed two days of their service and their wifi connection is simply ridiculous and i can't even log in to any page,
          They promised a speed of 4 mbps but i was getting only 300 kbps and now that too has blown away, and complaints to their customer care was never reached because the bad no. Never works out, it seems a scam rather than a company, now i want my all money back with compensation.

            HI team,

            This is tarun yadav, and my customer Id no. is : 2048494 and my registered mobile no. is : [protected], I am having issue regarding speed .
            I am getting speed between 2mbps to 6 mbps in my 10 Mbps plan, I have complained many time about the same and the problem is still the same.
            Support is good but they are not able to rectify the issue .
            even in 20mbps plan they are not able resolve as i am having 20mbps plan this time,
            NOTE : I think, In my area, i am only getting the issue, my friend who have got reference from me is getting good speed 9.89mbps.
            please have a look on priority basis else, i have to left nextra, no option left after this.

              Hello, this is Ankit my nextra customer id 2003485 and im using there services from last 3 years paying them around 2500 INR per month. (should be considered as a good customer for a ISP)

              Last month in April I have decided to test their 100mbps plan to do some heavy downloading so I have updated my plan to their top plan which is FiberBolt 100_Ultra and on all topups total 205GB, but after using it around a week I was not happy since the speed was never 100mbs so I decided to downgrade my plan back to my old plan.

              I have called their customer care to downgrade my plan on 16th april complaint no [protected] and their executive calls me and told me its not possible to downgrade the plan in current bill circle, if thats the case 1st thing come in my mind they must have informed me while upgrading my plan but I told them im not getting 100mbps speed so no point paying 2000 INR more for me.

              he said he have forwarded a complaint to his technical team and they will contact me I received a sms of a new complaint no [protected] and my old have been resolved.

              now the technical guy called me on my number I told him my speed is not coming he start blaming my laptop it have issue and promised me his agent will come and visit my home and he come check my speed it was around 10-15mbps but he never bring his laptop with him to confirm the issue with my laptop.

              on 20th April I received a msg my complaint have been resolved.

              I thought ok but when I checked again after few days It was still showing 100mbps out of the shock I called them again on 25th complaint no [protected] and tell the executive every story and he said he will look after it and same later I received a msg my complaint have been resolved.

              I felt thank God at last but story continues my speed was still same I have decided to call them again in May but could never connect to customer care always on waiting even I connected with one of the customer one time but atlast I could connect them on 7th may and a long conversation I have registered a complaint even my internet was down so I add it also in the complaint.

              and this is the worst time for any customer this complaint was never registered i called them later after 4-5 hour again same and this guy refuse to take my downgrade complaint saying he can only take one complaint at a time which is connection not working and told me to call again for this complaint and wait again on 30 mins on hold.

              out of the anger I emailed their nodal officer but no reply from them also yet.

              anyways I called them again yesterday on 9th may to downgrade my plan complaint no [protected] and today on 10th May Mr. Abhishek called me with the same excuse my plan cant be downgraded it can be possible only on the next billing circle. and was trained to give me 1000 excuses that I must have done this and this not ready to downgrade my plan and why should they, they are earning 150 rs daily on every delay,

              NEXTRA CUSTOMER CARE ARE TRAINED TO DELAY ANY DOWNGRADE

              SO GUYS BEWARE OF THIS FRAUD COMPANY WHO DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR 3 YEARS OLD CLIENT PAYING THEM 2500 APPROX MONTHLY WHAT THEY WILL/CAN DO WITH YOU SO MY REQUEST TO EVERYONE NEVER EVER UPGRADE A PLAN IF YOU ARE USING NEXTRA AND IF YOU ARE NOT EVER OPT FOR IT.

                I am the user of internet services by nextra teleservices. User id : 2047385. I have taken plan of 999.00 inr plus service tax which costs around 1143 inr. Recently i recharged on 26th march 2016. Suddenly on 1st april 2016 their router stopped working. I raised complaint to their customer care stating that there is no power in router after changing the adapter by their engineer. Kindly change the router. They changed the router on 16th april 2016. System worked well somehow till 26th april 2016. Nextra has policy that if they are not able to provide services for as many days it was not working ( in my case 16days). They will extend the validity by that many days. For the same i raised a request on 22nd april for the same. But till date they are unable to do so and they are asking recharge for one more month and we will look into it what ever best possible they will resume services. Even though i called customer care yesterday evening means 30th april 2016. Customer care representative told there is not surety that we will extend the validity by 16 days.

                This is my worst experience by any isp.

                  My complaint is against Nextra Broadband services for not providing invoice against the advance payment charging every month. I have Nextra broadband connection account number 2044612 is installed my name.

                  Nextra broadband takes advance payment every month for the broadband services provided by them.
                  I have been requesting Nextra Broadband customer services support including their nodal and Appellate officer for the same for last two months, but none of them is providing me the invoice for the payment they are charging. They say that the company has stopped providing invoice for the payment collected by them.
                  In this regard it is requested to ask the company to provide invoice for the advance money they are collecting.

                      Hi All,

                      Sorry for jumping the gun, in this mail if you find me too sarcastic that is because I am to irritated to right this mail, which again is an understatement of the agony I am going through. I will describe again my journey with your teams because I am convinced of the calibre and the systems in place you have will not help you to understand the issue because you have NONE IN PLACE.

                      SALES DAY : The sales day, I enter the society where I had moved in recently and notice this jazzed up leaflet with 10 MBPS internet speed. First mistake I got carried away with the features not knowing what horrendous journey I will go through should have listened to my wife( a woman intuition) to go with a brand. Sorry to say you are not even 1% of the brand you claim to be. Had to shift from Airtel to you as IPTV was not available. Anyways I called up this number on the leaflet and within 30 minutes this guy shows up talking nice English and being courteous not knowing he would turn out not owing any responsibility and sold me the plan. His name is Kapil to identify mobile# [protected]

                      INSTALLATION DAY: I made it ample clear to the sales rep and number of calls I got from Nextra that when I had taken the connection I was in the process of shifting and not shifted yet and would require the connection to be installed on 23rd October. On the installation day I had made in all 52 calls to Kapil and some tech guy named Sudhir at landline#[protected]. The day started with “Sir, sending the tech guy in 30 mins” at 10 AM in the morning with the installation finally getting done in the evening at 1830. The person who installed the router bought a 12 inch wire where the router had to be kept shabbily on the ground in a corner. When contested this is the wire which is provided by the builder. What nonsense learn from the bigger players they don’t come up with excuses but deliver what the customer wants. Anyways another mistake was to trust you to get the router to which I was given a single antenna. Now tell me is it the duty of the customer or the installation engineer to check connection feasibility in the house? The wireless connection was only available in the living room.

                      Subsequent FOLLOWUP’s: - Now the saga started, till date I have been following up with the above mentioned names today is the 17th day of me using the internet by sitting next to the router in the living room. I thought WIFI was for your convenience and not torture. Anyways now I will come to your customer care, on 30th I was advise by the landline number mentioned above that if you want to relocate the router you would have to pay Rs 572 as reinstallation/shifting charges I was infuriated by this demand. The person on the other end then advised me to call up Nextra and tell them for change of connection and they will help us to get it arranged for free of cost. My only issue first you install incorrectly and then to move the router I have to pay money and that too in the same house. I called up nextra on 30th October to get this done by the way there is no call record you have because I think the pen and paper you use to address customer query got thrown into a bin. Nothing happened for the next couple of days. I again got in touch with Kapil who advised me to go for a double antenna router(mail attached) to which I agreed and paid him to get me one. The result again limited connectivity in the same area not even a single metre of difference. I have till date diligently followed up with all the mentioned above no resolution till now.

                      CUSTOMER CARE IS A JOKE:- Yesterday after failed attempts of negotiating with your local workforce I decided to call up your customer care. The call was picked up by one of your agent “Reeval” who had so much attitude to throw not good for customer care, I requested him to make me talk to his supervisor to which he said he would arrange a call back on insisting and threatening to take the matter to consumer forum he said you can do whatever you want it’s your right. On insisting further on what happened to my ticket raised on 30th he said it was closed as resolved by same Mayank Doorwal without my consent. Later on insisting on getting transferred to his supervisor and asking his employee ID he disconnected on me. I called back again landing this time with Bhawna who was prompt enough to transfer me to her manager understanding my frustration. I was transferred to a floor supervisor “KRISHNA” who lied and cheated his chair of responsibility. This guy first of all said that his phone does not allow him to conference lines and has only one phone line. I have friends in cisco let me know will get you a good deal. Anyways he promised and advised he would get this resolved and get a call back arranged in 2 hours and will follow up himself. Between yesterday and today more than 18 hours have passed and I don’t have a resolution.

                      My proposed resolution is either you disconnect my connection and give me the refund of one month’s subscription or you resolve my issue and give me my one month’s subscription. Anyways I would be putting a complaint against you with the builder of cheating so that entry of Nextra employees is banned in the complex secondly I would be initiating a blog on consumer forum. With this mail all levels of nextra escalation matrix has been informed. Failure of rectifying the issue in the next 48 Hours will lead me to take this matter to consumer court.

                      Looking forward from some true action and not just bogus lies.

                        Hi, I am pankush arora currently residing in delhi. I've made a complaint in nextra technologies private limited with no. [protected] on 22nd july'14. Since then i've called nextra technologies private limited customer care nearly about 25 times and every time i was told that i'll receive call from our backend team within 2 hours or 4 hours but i've never received any call except for one which was worthless for me as he gain took my all detail and never called back after such experience with nextra technologies private limited only one things comes to my mind is fraud done by nextra technologies private limited sales executive who took money from my home and switch his phone off, from nextra technologies private limited customer care employees who are sitting just for themselves not for customers and nextra technologies private limited backend team which i think doesn't exist. Few employees with whom i had talk are: Ashish Jasleen Ravi Chandra emp. Id 1001 Emp id 2063 And many more Nextra technologies private limited sales executive come to my home on 17th july 2014 making false commitment that he will start connection from next day, but he called me next day that connection is not available in your area so i asked him to refund my money i. E rs.2600 by handing over crf form with no. 2034 and again he commit me that it will be in nextra technologies private limited account in next 2 days his ph. Number is [protected] (He told me he is from lal quater krishna nagar) and took my account no. For same but after 2 days he massaged me that sir your refund has been made in my own account and i will hand over you cash after 3 days as i am going to haridwar. Since then he ran away and his phone is off. Till that time i'm regularly contacting nextra technologies private limited customer care which is exactly not for customers help.
                        Hi all...I have a complaint against ur executive. ...he is not attending us properly...he is not answering my ph calls... .he has taken my router from 4-5 months...and not giving it back...he also taken extra payment from me to recharge my acc...and not paying it back...plz take any action. ...thanx

FROM THE 2ND DAY ITSELF THE INTERNET BROKEDOWN AND DID NOT WORK FOR ATLEAST 15 DAYS OF THE ENTIRE MONTH, THEY HAD CHARGED THE COMPLETE AMOUNT FOR THE MONTH PREPAID ITSELF DESPITE OF ALL THIS THEY ARE NOT REFUNDING THE AMOUNT PAID TO THEM.                           The networks are not working the excuse given to us is that there is mass cut but the person next door is able to acess their nextra internet fully since last week its the 3rd time each time m told tht its a mass cutout n will b resolved at 8 am
                          This is causing a lot unconvinience kindly see to it ASAP or else i will withdraw your services

                            I had taken a broadband connection from Nextraworld. However I had lot of issues with their connection so I decided to terminate the connection in the middle of the month. However I was sent a bill for the entire month. After much negotiation the executive from Nextra asked me to pay around 60% of the bill, saying the rest would be waived off. I paid the amount and asked that the connection be terminated. However I am still getting the bills for the connection I am not using. Now some other executive is calling up and threatening legal action. On asking him about the person who was speaking to me earlier, I am being told that the earlier executive is no longer with them. The Nextraworld website has no contact details of any Customer Care Officer who could deliberate on the issue. Could you kindly advise regarding the proper forum where a complaint can be lodged.

                              I have applied for internet connection on nextra on 1st October. Their sales executive Mr Suraj Pathak came to my home and promised connection in 3 days. After coninuous follow-up and discussion with more then 4 gentle men (atleast 10 phone calls daily) I have not received connection even today. Every day they say it will be done today but it never happens. I tried to call even nextra helpline number, To my surprise guys at helpline said my request is forwarded on 7th. For sure nextra people dont work. If you complain, they will never revert to you. Be carefull if you are opting for nextra.

                              You are right, my internet is not working and even after taking 100MBPS plan my internet speed fixed to 5MBPS. Multiple complaint logged but no resolution.

                              There Area Sales manager MR> KAPIL is also not responding on it. This how they work. No listening to customer issue. Just making money from fake services and company too.
