On saturday 7th april 2018 i received the call from your sales executive raman jee and he offers me a plan of rs707 50mbps without any speed cap. But when i call your nextra customer support person informing me my plan is rs707 but 50mbps till 100gb and after 2mbps. Resolve this issue asap. Crf number is 129486. Customer id: 2118815 Note: now am not ready to pay any installation charges and am already a customer of excitel from last 18months. It's your choice now and teach some manners to your sales executive how to talk & behave with the customer. I have all call recording of your sale executive.
