Nextra Teleservices — Refund on connection cancellation | |
I have applied Nextra broadband connection on 2nd Sep 2020 through their Sales Executive in Jaipur. On the same date, I paid the connection charges Rs. 1707/- via Paytm(Paytm payment acknowledgment and Nextra payment receipt attached) in nextra's account. Since that time everybody was working from home so while applying for broadband connection, they promised me to install the broadband connection within 1-2 days max. But when broadband connection didn't get install within promised date, I approached sales executive and requested him to cancel my connection order. He suggested me to call customer care to cancel the connection request. And I did the same. Customer care confirmed me my connection cancellation. And now on 24th Mar 2022, I'm following-up with customer care executive on alternate day to get my refund since Sep-2020 but still no confirmation from their end.
