I took admission in course gniit which is of 1lakh and 25thousand course of two years at niit southcity center. They promise to give us job online classes good teachers as well as one year of education and one year of internship of 15thousand starting salary. But in reality they dont have teachers to teach staff members to handle our courses, students. I submitted 80, 000rupees in one year in this institution but even my four month course...

Niit is saying that his institute is iso approved as per attached screenshot (Niit iso pic) in highlighted feild, but there they are not printing the same on their certificates as per attached copy (Niit certificate pic), which they are providing.

I completed my .net course from NIIT, i.e. from NIIT Indira Nagar Branch, Lucknow.
I completed my course in month of MAY, and till now I havent recieved the certificate, they say that because of NIIT people they havent uploaded the classes on official website of NIIT.I have to leave this place in AUGUST last week, and they say that i will get the certificate in the month of NOVEMBER.


If any authorised person...

My overall certificate is pending with NIIT for last 10 Years and I have been waiting patiently for thr last 2 month since I open this case.

Please can I ask for assistance here in getting my certificate delivered from NIIT because every time I contact NIIT all I am hearing it is pending with higher authority with no resolution to my case for last 2.5 months.

Note: It is a matter o[censored]rgency impacting my job as I need to submit it to my employer.

Respected sir,
My name is Lalatendu jena and S[protected] is my student ID, on 21/5/24 I asked NIIT through email for my refund of rupees 5k . I applied online through training.com . In website it is mentioned that refund will take place within 10 working day but I received a email from [protected]@niit.com that the process will take 30/45 days . I want refund as soon as possible with interest amount within 3 days unless I shall take legal action against NIIT

I worked for NIIT for 7 years and shifted to other company.
Provident fund history does not reflect NIIT name. I had email and phone communication with PF person on [protected]@niit.com and provided all the needed documents.
Its been more than 6 months I am not getting any resolution on this.
please help to get this resolved at the earliest.

I trust this email finds you well. I am writing to inform you about my current financial situation, which regrettably prevents me from continuing with the course and fulfilling the EMI payments as initially planned.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, my grandfather, who has been supporting me in meeting the course fee obligations, is no longer able to do so. Unfortunately, I am not currently employed, making it impossible for me to continue the EMI payments or enroll in the next batch, as suggested.

Understanding the policy regarding refunds, I kindly request your consideration for canceling my enrollment in the course. While a refund may not be possible, I am hopeful that you can guide me through the cancellation process and provide any necessary information or documentation required.

And I am not attending classes from July and I intimate to mritunjay sir regarding this and I am not getting any links from that time to attend classes and I am paying emi because eduvanz team black mail my cousin who kept loan for my course and it is not good that you people are not responding my situation and not giving any update regarding cancellation

Thank you for your time and consideration if you will not give me cancellation of course then I raise a complaint in consumer court with proofs regarding your policy because that course time is completed but you are not responding my mails also

Sir i was pay The amount of 5000 on 27 August for the course PGPRM and my LOAN disbursement on 14 of September also i was paid my first installment but still my training not getting started yet.And when i was trying to connect counsiller sir he don't take my call.Yesterday he called me after i was complaint against RAHUL SIR and he said me i don't have commonsence why i called in holiday...I think he don't have the manner how to talk with a girl also i don't i want to take the training where this type of ### are working so please initiate my refund amount which i was paid also want to cancel the LOAN.

Hi Team,

I am writing this with utter disappointment and fury. As I have enrolled for this course of Advanced Post Graduate Program in Data Science and Machine Learning (Part Time). During commencement of the course I was working from home due to Covid-19 restrictions which was the main reason for me to enroll for this course also, my elder Cousin Brother (Was prior working with NIIT Sales Department) too suggested me to pursue with this course since I was working from home and do had time to spare to pursue the course. However later in the Month of May in 2023. I was told that I had to start reporting to office as the restrictions for Covid for Corporate Companies got lifted, which was the main reason for me to work from Office given the circumstances. As I felt that I won't be able to pursue with the course anymore due to my work exigencies I suggested company to consider my refund request as I need to comply with my job as well and as per company's norms which is why I had no other option but to leave the course in the mid-way. The time I was working at home I completed my L1 Course successfully, as I also, learnt that they do have foundation course for Data Analytics which was till L1 and then I requested them again for a partial refund since I can't go ahead with full course but again, they came up with this response, that they can't go ahead with any refund since my status is showing as inactive lately and also, this is to bring this to your notice they do assign counsellors for us during the course as a guardian from the company who will assist us with all the necessary assistance required to pursue the course and complete successfully, as I had one assigned to me named Shibalik Choudhary (shibalik.[protected]@niit.com) is his corporate mail address. Also, he promised me an Amazon Voucher worth 10, 000/- INR as a reward for signing up for this course which is still not received till date. I also, would like to remind you that they promised us with Placement Assistance as well which I don't need as I just need certification for foundation course or else I need the entire amount to get refunded, as this is a clear case of Mental Harassment and Disturbing someone's mental health to a lethal stage.

On date 15th june 2023 I made a registration fees payment to NIIT for Data Science Program with help of counselor name Shalini Guliani. by paying amount of 11682/- My application Id APP[protected]. They done enrollment and they said for the rest of the payment which can be done by loan. As the loan was not approved by 2 tries I mailed them for refund of my registration fees.

As my counselor Shalini Guliani said me to mail on [protected]@niit.com for refund. My till date no revert received on mail as continuously trying for to connect them and with counselor Shalini Guliani she has also blocked me.

Please help me for my refund.

I have completed my Diploma in information technology from NIIT Dhanbad, result issued date May 27, 2016 . My registration id was R1400b0200348 however on certificate it's showing R1400B0200491
Also, when I tried to verify my certificate from NIIT academic portal it showing invalid.

Please have a look and correct it else I have to go with high escalations .

I've enrolled myself for Data Science Program, at NIIT online on May 02, 2023.Due to some reason my loan was not approved by their loan partners.

I applied for Data Science Program Course Certification Program at NIIT in your reputed institute with Application ID: APP[APP[protected]] I paid Rs.11682/- for registration fee which was paid on 2 of may 2023.

I would like to request you to please cancel the enrollment and refund my fees which I have submitted. Due to my poor condition I will not be able to pay such a fee. My counselor Mr. Ayush Singhvi are not helping to refund my registration fee, nor are there any replies from them. Does not answer my questions, so now I am suffering mental torture.
