Against the valuation of 1, 85, 000/- rs @ 3%, the amount of 5550/- has been taken from me for insurance of my luggage.
I have not received any receipt or anything as i received my luggage damaged and when i asked for the amount, they simply refused.
The owner amit sharma - [protected] is a fraud.
They took extra 1000/- for unloading though it was included in my package.
They are not even giving that money.

I sent my luggage on 9/4/2017 from bangalore to trivandrum. I was told that the same will be delivered in 48 hours. But the same reached trivandrum by 20/4/2017. Again door delivery was demanded and paid, but my relatives could collect the same from a godown.
I was supposed to collect my luggage within 11/4/2017 and travel abroad on 17/4/2017, as the delivery was delayed i couldn't grab anything from luggage and travelled without the same.

Hi all,

I shifted my stuf[censored]sing its services, i had to keep the carton for one day for which i paid good amount for the carton boxes. They promised that they will return money on return of the boxes. It's more than 6 months, i have been calling them. They promised every time to refund my money but they never turned up. This the worst vendor, please do not trust them. On day of shifting also they carried other customer stuffs along with mine and broke my valuable glass items. Amit and his team are big thugs.

Hi, This is Mythreyi from Hyderabad. When we are shifting house from Bangalore to Hyderabad we used Nikhil Packers & Movers service. They damaged all our valuable Fridge, cot etc. We called them many times they didn't give proper response, still they are shouting on us and simply they cut our calls while we are speaking.

We had Insurance also, but from 10 days they didn't send any person. What we have to do now? How can we approach to get my things.

Dont use Nikhil servive as a packers & Movers.

Hello Sir, I shifted my house hold through NIKHIL International Packers and Movers from Bangalore to Pune location. After Shifting Footwear stand, Bath stool and Broom was missing. Also some pots n pans broken. Badminton racket got broken. I shifted my Scooty bike from Bangalore to Pune. The scooty bike has Karnataka registration number. During the Transportation Nikhil packers n movers told us 85% you don't have to pay Octroi charges for Maharashtra govt. So I was in impression that I don't have to pay any Octroi charges. But after shifting to pune this packers n movers asked me to pay Rs5200/-. I refused for the same. They told they will not shift my household items to my house. After 2 hours discussion we paid Rs.2500/- and then the household items got shifted. Videocon D2H umbrella got broken. For this Videocon D2H I taken the insurance of RS. 1500/- I am trying to claim it but they are not responding. I got fed up. Even I contacted the owner Nikhil he told me they will not pay any issurance for it unless I will pay remaining Octroi charges. Also for missing items they told they are not responsible.
