Nirmiti Hotels, Clubs & Resorts — people being fooled by the nirmiti resort

We had been to goa on 27th dec 2018 n one of the executive caught is near the fort entrance. Saying that if we can spend half an hour in their resort just to know about their new resort and then we'll get some assured gift. Since the kids got so much excited by hearing the word gift, they pushed us to go there. At point of time we've also agreed and went to meet the people. The executive over there ms karuna and her manager lured into their trap by saying so many sweet words about how we can enjoy our vacations with minimal payments for hotels. They've shown us the projects of nirmiti group of companies and assured that we will never feel sorry for taking up the decision to join the membership. My husband was very much convinced by showing all their current members and how they are fortunate and feels happy to have joined theirs. So we have also paid a lump some of 42k and when they have made all the documentation with the bond, we were thinking that we can trust them. But they have failed us though. They said within 1 month we will receive a mail with the used id and other details. But we never got. When we called by the end of jan, 2019 they said they are updating their website and so its being delayed. Now its may and still we have not got any respond from them. When i tried to call the customer care, the line is not being connected to the executive. When i tried to reach to the executive who made us buy the package, she said she left the job. Now i need a proper response where i can enjoy the facilities which they have promised or a refund of money. I'll wait for 15 more days or we may need to look out for the legal options to move on!
