I have taken membership by paying 45000 rupees and whenever tried to book hotels these guys replying with same excuses even i requested for booking 1-2 month before the planned date... Excuses like room is not available... Please provide 2-3 alternate dates... There quota rooms are only under renovation even you can book same hotel by online with some other sites...
They are frauds and will eat all your money.. So be aware and don't take there membership... They will not return your money as well.

    Everything they mentioned in the agreement and e-mails are big lies. Their sales representative mr. Krunal patel is the biggest fraud we have ever come across. He lies every-time you speak to him. The company is a big fraud and i have been complaining about the service every day on call and email but no response. They just say we are checking and it will be done.

    Everything they mention on their website and promises they made on behalf dae are all wrong.

      I was approached by one of the nirmiti sales executive in goa on 04th march' 2018 for membership programme, after a meeting for about 1 hours explaining different programmes ranging from 25 years to 5 year and eventually brainwashed me to get enrolled in a 5 year programme. The biggest problem is that whatever was explained during that meeting regarding the inclusions and exclusions of holidays, nothing is mentioned in writing in the contract. They promised me things which i got to know later on from their corporate office that the programme never included those things. The sales in-charge parag navare who made the deal in goa and with whom i was asked to co-ordinate is not reachable ([protected]) i could not reach him and ask him questions regarding false commitment. The corporate office executives renuka[protected] is also unable to help as the commitments made during the deal are not written anywhere. Also, i got to know later on that i can't even cancel the membership programme as the money will be forfeited. It seems like i lost my 65, 000 rupees and more than that the trust which i may have had on such companies. I will never ever again go into such deals or suggest people to get enrolled with nirmiti resorts as they are cheaters and do false commitments to people while enrollment and once you are enrolled, as per the contract you cannot cancel the deal as the money will be forfeited. I would request everyone to suggest me if there is any way i can proceed further to get this sorted out.

        Please do not ever take any membership of nirmiti. It is a fraud company. I took membership on 8th october 2017 and i cancelled my membership on next day itself. Since then the company people are fooling around by saying call our customer care and made me call many other staff members. None of them gave me any correct information. They are very unprofessional and cheaters!!! They are will block your numbers and all means to contact them. I have called these people so many times but no response at all. The name of the people are jayesh and aditya. Stay away from their fake promises and fraud sales method. They are running this business just to fool common people like us. They made me take membership fooling me stating that this offer is valid only for today so take the membership today only. Please do not believe these people because if you cancel you membership next day itself still they will not return your money. Ideally, they should be returning the money incase you cancel your membership within 24 hours (Which i did). Inspite, of this also they are behaving very bad and rude.in case of further clarification about this company and the people do call me on [protected]. Stay away from this fraudulent company people and safaguard your money!!!

          I had visited lonavala for a day for a random visit, one person(rep of nirmiti) at a mall lured us to visit for a presentation of nirmiti group on a false pretext wherein he gave us a lucky draw voucher in which we were promised that we will get a TV, smartphone or a holiday package, because of this offer we visited the place where this presentation was being organized to fool people to become a member of this resort chain for holidays. I asked them to first tell us what are we getting in the lucky draw but they told that it will be only told after the presentation, meanwhile they were successful in luring us towards the member ship by making number of false promises. they had us opt for a membership and i paid Rs 10000/- as advance. I realised my mistake after coming back when i saw all the complaints against this firm at this site and i asked for a refund i also sent a mail asking for cancellation and refund but no reply was received by my . Finally after we took the member ship they scratched the lucky draw voucher code where we were told that we have won a free holiday package actually this is a well thoughtout scam wherein they lure the customers on false pretext and make ### out of people and loot them i sincerely urge CONSUMER COMPLAINTS to take the strictest action against them
          They did the same with me in Coorg, but i survive by not accepting any offer .

            Fraud. The company seems to be indulging in fake sales promotion activity for getting memberships and fooling people. When you win a gift voucher through their sales promotion activity which entitles you for free stay at their resort, even if the rooms are available they won't give you the rooms. The reasons given would be not available, quota system, etc. When confronted that the front desk of the hotel has confirmed availability of rooms and also there are various websites offering the room booking option, i got the most bizarre and absurd excuse of my life, that there is quota system for room allocation and i can get paid room but not complimentary room. E-mail communication goes back and forth and is being passed on to other people and then they suddenly stop replying to the e-mails. Highly unprofessional, inhospitable and unethical hospitality group. People should stay away from taking membership to avoid dissatisfaction. Let's see what the top management has to say after the review, as the bottom line people seem to be least bothered. (If at all they want to know the entire details of the episode, all communication with the people happened with my other e-mail id - [protected]@hotmail.com)

              I had taken membership from the nirmiti hotels and resorts on 18.10.2017. I was promised dual membership with nirmiti and dial an exchange (Dae). It was promised that dae membership enrolment will be be done with in 30 to 45 days of taking the member and i will get the welcome kit. When i called there mumbai office they told me to wait for 10 to 15 days more. Now after 15 days again when i called i was told to wait for 15 days more. Now i do not want to continue with the membership. I have paid rs 1, 60, 000/- my mobile number is [protected]

                I have taken membership from nirmiti group on 7st sept 2017 at mahabaleshwar. Next days, we want to cancel the membership due to family problem and we will be not able to utilize that. We requested for cancellation through face to face & also i was given request in written format to there sales manager in mahabaleshwar. From this day they told me to call to main branch customer care. They asked me to drop an email.
                From that day, we are sending emails continuously and making phone calls.
                But they are not responding to emails and they won't lift our calls. Even if by chance they lift, they will reply the same as they will check and get back to us. But i am not getting that when will they get back to us. The person who explained to us on that day we took membership is also not responding to our phone calls. Before cancellation, she was responding very nicely.
                They replied me that it will take maximum 60 days to refund our money. But the doubt we have to get is they don't have our account details. How will they refund our money? And i heard that there will be cancellation charges. But in our legal document, there are no such conditions mentioned. Such an irritating process this is.
                I am feeling like i have done a big mistake by trusting this group and joining in this group. Please refund our money. These people are not trust worthy.

                  I am in my holidays in manali, and meet with a guy who is promoting "nirmiti resorts and clubs" asked me to visit their property as they have excellent services with reasonable price. When i went their they explained me about their product and asked me to pay certain amount (Plans 84k and 2.3 lakhs). They became rude when i said that it's not affordable to me at this point of time because of other emei's. Everyone there exeucitves, managers standed on my head and pressuring me to purchase thier product and became very unprofessional. Anyhow i was trying to exit from there as they told me they will take only an hour however they took my 2.5 hours of my holidays, this is ridiculous. Do not entertain such people's and if they try to approach you guys please say no directly.

                    We have taken membership of nirmiti hotel club & resort in goa on 22nd aug 17. However after 03 days we asked for refund as due to unavoidable circumstances we wont be able to make emi towards nirmiti. No nirmiti guys are not reverting on our emails neither they are ready to refund our amount. Its a big amount for us (1, 34, 000 inr).

                    Kindly help us to get our money back.

                      I had purchase their membership on 22nd aug16.
                      However after 2 days we realise that we won't be able to make the down payment as we were burden with other loans.
                      On 26th aug 16 we called to make cancellation of our membership.
                      However the company is denying saying that amount cant be refunded and we can call service for entire amount.
                      Their call centre people are so rude that they don't have manner to talk over the phone.

                      We were not explained about refund policy.

                      This company is a cheat.
                      What i'm requesting is for refund my amount after necessary charges

                        I had been member last month when i was in goa and paid 6000. Theybefore yesterday i have made my rest payment of 40, 000 through neft from my bank. When i asked for confirmation to reema she said i will confirm when i get bank statement. Now it has been 2days now when i am trying to call and ask noone is responding. This is so unethical and unproffesionalism. Now i feel like is this a bogus company or there is some proffessionalism in company itself. Kindly solve my issue as neft happens in an hour how can someone take more than 2 days just to confirm. I only wish now to resolve.

                          I have taken a membership in goa for 82, 000 in oct'16. It was for 10years alternate plan.
                          I am trying to take a hotel booking for last 1 month but their response is slow.
                          Though i have told them repeatedly that all my reservations will be spoiled if they don't confirm, but no response. Moreover the hotels they promised are slowly decreasing in number.

                          I feel this is a fake company duping people.

                            I take a membership on 4th June 2017, and i faced a problem with their fraud commiment and i called one of thire executive "Sheethal" to resolve problem. Continuesly 20-25 days i follow up her but she simply syas I'm a just a employee, before taking membership she says I'm there to serve any issue, even i called her manager nearly 20 -25 time but he didn't answer. Very fake people and fake company, they gives all fake commitments.

                            Very Cheap and Fraud Company... Don't take membership and don't become victims.

                              We bought their plan in may 2017 in manali. We have had a great experience and a wide range of choices of resort my first holiday in jim corbettcorbett club nirmiti has been the best holiday with my family and kids i'm looking forward for some more great holidays as the facility's and services were more then our expectations my kids enjoyed the jungle safari which was arranged by the resort we even sighted some tigers this is the best holiday we have had we have already booked our next holiday to goa in november
                              This is the fraud company Custmare Care Number all time busy West of my money join this company.
                              I am join yesterday and then call a Custmer Care all time busy. So I lost my down payment .fake company fake people.

                                I have taken membership from nirmiti group on 30th april 2017. The tald me that you wll received call from your bank that you want it in installment and if i say yes it your membership will convart in installment and you other fees will you get back, but there were no phone calls from any bank and company. I inquired from my side in my bank. He replied thet if you want to pay money in your credit card by installment you have to pay 1.5 % monthly intrest. I shoked and fell that i have been bakara.
                                Then i call the customer care for cancel the membership we requested for cancellation through phone call. They asked me to call to main branch customer care. They asked me to drop an email.
                                From that day, we are sending emails continuously and making phone calls.
                                But they are not responding to emails and they won't lift our calls. Even if by chance they lift, they will reply the same as they will check and get back to us.                                   I become a member in this company on 23 feb 2017. I told them to cancel my membership on 27th feb 2017. as per agreement the membersip can be cancelled with in 07 days of request. But in my case i told them to cancel on 5th day from date of registration itself. Still now no one is giving proper information about my cancellation. every time they are saying we will revert back to you. but no one is contacting. When called to them the person who pick the phone says that i can do nothing . When asked about their higher management contact information he say he is not allowed to share their contact info.This is a fraud company. no service at all. so any one wants to join in this be careful

                                      I paid 48000 for a membership with the NIRMITI group on 15 feb 2017 at country in goa . Howeve the contract documents read absolutely different to what was told to me. As per the contract it could be cancelled with full refund within 7 days . I submitted the application for cancellation on 17 feb 2017, i have the copy of the application recieved by them with date and counersigned. 1I was promised the refund within 48 hours by Mr Sydney Dsouza VP sales of the group how ever it has been about a month with no refund. He does not take my calls or respond to the msgs. The office does not repond as well. I am attaching the copy of the application and the visiting card of Mr Sydney. I dont have further course and should probably lodge a complaint with the consumer court or an FIR again the person.

                                        I opted from Nirmiti club membership with membership no GB/28012017/0118 on 28th Jan but decided to get it cancelled after 2 days and sent a mail to them for cancellation and refund. The agreement says, this can be cancelled within 7 days and i did that. however, they still have not initiated the refund process and asking to deduct unnecessary charges.
                                        This is so very unprofessional and a bad experience for me.

                                          I am feeling like I have done a big mistake by trusting this group and joining in this group. Please refund our money. These people are not trust worthy.

                                          We have done many calls daily finally after 5 months, we have got a cheque and they have deducted some money for cancellation charges which are not mentioned in the agreement.
                                          This is resolved now, but they educted some amount as cancellation charges which are not mentioned in the agreement

                                            I had purchased a membership in nirmiti resorts and clubs and because of their misguidance and improper information i requested to cancel my membership as per "purchase agreement conditions" - no. 13 - final agreement, that i can cancel within 7 days after purchasing the membership and can get a refund so i had sent an official request mail to cancel my membership on 12/07/2016 (tuesday). but till today no proper information is provided for cancellation.

                                            Nirmiti had sent the email regarding the cancellation but they are deducting huge amount as admin fees, which was no were mentioned in the agreement.

                                              I am Girish Joshi 2 months back I visited your hotel at Baga Goa there I met Mr Vishal and Mr Barnald these people explained me about membership scheme and I thought it's good organisation and took a membership but after that when I was trying to call the call centre and these 2 people no body is responding by seeing this I cancelled my memebership till now I dint recieved my money its I almost 2 monyhs now i sent 12 to 13 mails to your company till now I dint got single reply kindly do the needfull and please return my money.
