We Have Bought Nirmiti Membership On 5th June 2018 (Bills And Other Documents Attached). They Promised Us Lots Of Fake And False Expectations During A Time Of Purchase. We Searched The List Of Their Hotel And Resort And Also The DAE (Dial And Exchange) However We Couldn't Find Anything.Last Year I Asked For A Stay In April Then May But They Did Not Provide Anything. Till Now We Have Tried To Connect With Them But Gone All In Vain. Since July 2019, They Have Stopped Responding To My Emails Or Calls. I Recently Visited Goa And Visited Their One Of Resort To Figure It Out, All Was Empty But Two Staff Were There To Take Care Of Maintenance. We Also Read The Reviews Where Many People Said That It Is A Fraud Company And Most Of Them Were Not Satisfied With The Services. We Have Paid Rs. 60000.00 As Membership Charges (5-Year Plan). Till Date, We Have Also Not Received Any DAE Membership Token Which As Per Them Will Be Sent To Us Within One Month Of Taking A Membership. We Wanted To Cancel The Membership But They Were Saying It's Not Refundable. You Are Requested To Take Necessary Action Against This Company So That We Get The Refund Of Our Hard Earned Money.

The company has disappeared. I have been trying to get in touch with them over emails and phone numbers but none of these is working. My RM was Arpit Mishra. I have given his number above. Even though his number is working he is avoiding my calls.

I have taken membership on 2019 so far i am not able to reach to any one I have paid 50000 rs worst

Hello Nirmiti,

Last year, in spite of a lot of negative reviews from both family and friends, we decided to go ahead and get a Nirmiti Membership in the month of Oct 2018.

The sales person made the offer seemed exciting, the sales person was so convincing so we took the chance.

The problem started once the sales was over and we were ready to make use of the offers that we got along with the membership.

Problem 1: NO DAE EXCHANGE PASSWORD UNTIL DATE: Firstly we were promised a DAE exchange password in the month of Jan which never came in, we had to follow up, only just to know that you will get DAE login in the month of Feb, and that in FEB we would have your representative call us and give us the password, FEB, MARCH, APRIL, MAY, JUNE and no DAE password till date and we been to vacation twice in 6 months and I have to spend money from my pocket for stay even after spending 1 lakh 50 thousand on the membership.

Problem 2: TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: None, absolutely no one answers the calls anytime we need help. I called the customer service number at least 20 times and there was no response EVER.

Problem 3: We have researched, and have known that most of your employees have left your organization because of no pay. Even if you give me the DAE login today there is no point of keeping the membership as I am sure I will not get any support when I need one

And I can’t keep chasing people for your higher up number.

Why are we paying so much for so little and especially when there are better options. We have stayed in many other properties where they make one feel and stick true to “Customer is King” statement. I don’t think we could have been any more patient with Nirmiti than we were during our discussions with them. Even though a lot of people spoke against them, we decided to go ahead with the membership, giving them the benefit of doubt. Realised what a grave mistake that turned out to be.

Therefore, we request you to cancel our membership and refund our amount for the same as I have not used any of the benefits.

I am nitin vitthal jadhav a member of nirmiti resorts & clubs. I am taking membership in 2 july, 2019 at mahabaleshwar. My membership no is goa/02072019/0263.
When i was taking a membership from aditya that time your member has told me, after taking membership you should get the facilities in very cheap rate. He told me, if you are not using your membership in any one year you should rented out at our (Nirmiti) site. And that time any one can purchase that facility within one week. And after one week nirmiti called you your facility should be sold out at some amount of money and asking your bank details. After giving bank details you should get the amount on your account. And they also told me you should get the profit.
So i am impressed for that things so taken a membership of nirmiti resorts.
But after taking membership today he told me you should not get that facility. It means that he was giving all information to me was wrong.
I want to solve my problems immeditely.

I want to know how much is my instalments are remaining but no one receiving my call. Earlier there was Mr Jadhav who use to send full details like how much installments I have paid and how much is left over. I know only 1 or 2 installments are left Or not even that. So fr that I am calling nirmiti people. But the are not responsing. Only ones checked my watsapp n spoke n said " yes will send" but it's been a week.. I am very particular with my payments so dnt like to delay. Kindly also provide the customer care no. That even the concern person didn't msgd me. Please awaiting for the response.

I had taken the Membership 2 years back in Goa but till date never used also tried booking once but due to unavailability of location i had not approached.

I would like to cancel my membership and request to to give me refund of my amount which was paid through the credit card.

Maine is company ka package liye tha goa m inke resort main waha mujhe bola gya ki aap 1 month k baad is package ka benifit lai sakte h but jab maine inke customer care per call karke onhe room booking k liye kaha to wo khne lge hamare kisi bhi resort mein room khali nahi h jo dates aap dai rhe hai wo change kr dijiye maine wo bhi change kiya but inka koyi reply nahi aaya to maine bola agar aapke resorts m rooms he khali nhi hai to aap mera paisa refund kr dijiye but abhi tk company ki taraf se koyi reply nhi aaya mail per aur na he koyi call aaya mere paas.

During our visit to goa during november 2018 we have taken membership of nirmiti r & c vide our receipt no. 1815 dt. 28.11.2018. At that time in ahreement my e-mail id and address was made wrong and while point out they replied that correct id and address will be taken and will be informed through mail. But still i have not recd. Any mail from the authority. I have send mails from my earlier mail id i. E. Tapas. [protected]@linde.com but all in vain. I have asked for the information for maintenance charges so that i can pay in time.

Due to no correspondence from nirmiti we could't avail the offer awarded on that day.

I was tricked into purchasing a member worth 45k. When i tried to book resorts via the company, i received no response whatsoever. I wanted a refund but even then, no customer service or help was provided. I feel like this is a scam. I've recently also been reading similar reviews about the company scamming people.

I tried calling the people who gave me the membership and all of them had the same answer, "we don't work for nirmiti anymore". Obviously this sounds like there's something they are hiding and hints at a fraud from all aspects!

The membership made false promises of availing many facilities and benefits while booking a stay for vacation but i'm not even able to connect to the company lest think of booking anything!

Nirmiti sales team cheat people when they want to make members and later the customer support given by them is pathetic.
Even the list of affiliated resorts mentioned on website for india are wrongly listed and the list is not as comprehensive as is shown while signing the contract.
They are very unprofessionals in dealing with customers and even unresponsive to emails and calls.

We went to goa at nov 2018 there we met sales representative of nirmati. They spoke so well till they were getting our money. We had paid money on 2018 nov but still not got the membership nor response. Very worse. Nether responding mails nor phone call. Pls help us. We have been calling for so many times to goa branch they are not even picking up call for the money we had paid we are done injustice. Such an worst company.

I was forced to believe that a company like this operated without fraud. I was wrong. They took money in the name of membership fees and when I tried booking a resort, they do not respond. It's like out of nowhere this company has disappeared.
I tried calling many employees who I thought could resolve my issue but apparently all of them have stopped working for the company. Obviously I do sense something is fishy and I want people to know what a scammer this company is. I want my money back.

What they say n they write is totally different. That girl fooled us saying this is your final amount and you don't have to pay anything else. Now they are telling me there are maintainance charges. I have just asked for updated list of the resorts there were only 20 resorts hardly mostly in north n north west all south resorts r gone n some of them r even paid.

So now i paid 40000/-
I will pay 5000/- yearly
I will pay 850/- per night at hotel

Is it some joke?

This Nirmiti group is hopeless. No body picks up the call when we call on the Customer Care number: [protected] or on the booking number: [protected].
When tried several times somebody picked up the call and when I was asking them my questions they were not replying back properly and were busy chitchatting with some other person while I am still on call. When I asked her my questions she did not replied back properly with my queries still remained unsolved.
Now I am thinking to cancel my membership as I am not getting any benefit from this. With lack of hospitality and shameless service they do not even bother calling us back or reply back when we mail them.

This is a ridiculous company making and are not bothered of there customers. While joining they show us all the good things but after joining they do not give us proper attention. Such a waste of money. I request all others not to become a member of this company. Fraud company - providing false commitments.

This company is a big time fraud. Even after so many complaints registered against them how are they still openly selling their membership. They have cheated us for 2.3 lakhs. It's a big scam. They lure you by giving you scratch cards then tell u they will provide breakfast and instead show a stupid presentation to fool us. Their sales executives sweet talks you even the higher management is present while all this is happening. They take the money and later in the name of bookings and response they do nothing. Worst experience.
I just want to know how can we get our money back. Please help

this is my first boOking AFTER PURCHASE FREE PACKAGE.
as per there policy if customer inform 1 week before they will provide room but i had informed before 40 days and now they are telling no room available.

I have taken membership of nirmiti resorts and club on December 17 2018 in goa. It was a international membership and they it will take 45 days of dae activation. So after 45 days when we contacted there is some technical issue so it ll take a month or more. Then after waiting fo months v requested for cancellation of membership and refund of amount. Tried all high authority numbers but their so unprofessional that they did not pick any call. Finally customer care picked the call and giving excuse dat it ll take a week time. Bt till to the date there s no response from the company.

I, Kaushal Devendra Jain, from Rajsamand, Rajasthan. I was on a Holiday tour to GOA on 28/11/2018. A guy approached to us (my wife and myself) with a scratch card of Nirmiti resorts and club holidays near our Hotel. We were given a scratch card & we were picked as picked as a lucky winner. We were then invited to visit their resort hotel to collect the prize won in the scratch card. We were then asked to sit through the presentation of Nirmiti so that they can sale us their membership offer. The representatives of Nirmiti resorts and clubs KASIM explained us about their holiday plan. We quite liked the idea & paid Rs.62000/- through our swipe machine in two parts i.e. Rs.20000/- on 30/11/2019 & Rs.42000/- on 01/12/2019. Payment was made from my wife i.e. komal jain’s proprietorship firm KK Marble & Granite’s Current Account. Bank Statement, Swipe Machine Payment Slip & Payment receipt provided by them are attached herewith for payment prove. They provided us the agreement. As per agreement membership will start from year 2019 & it is for 10 Years. Copy of Agreement is also attached herewith. There are also many people buying their membership in that resorts.
We completed our holiday & back in our home. I received their welcome mail on 03.12.2018. Mail of same & welcome letter is also attached herewith. We call & mailed so many times for booking & we did not happen for the reason best known to them. Booking mails are also attached herewith. We our also told that you will get Dae membership. I mailed them so many times for that also. But That’s also didn’t take place. Emails of same is also attached here for prove.
We were in constant touch with their representatives KASIM, but he also could arrange us hotel bookings & dae login. Thereafter I search on google & find out that this is just not happening to me but to all of that purchased membership & this is totally fraud. I again contacted Kasim & he told I left Nirmiti resorts and clubs & was not paid salary of two months. He then provided Mobile no of Nitin More, Ruke Sir & Rahul Jiva. None of them have picked my numerus calls. So, it’s a complete fraud & I lost my hard-earned money for nothing.
So, I request the nirmiti resorts & club to kindly grant of refund me my hard-earned money of Rs.62000/-.

Greetings of the day!
This is with reference to fraud done to us by Nirmiti resorts and clubs.
We have gone to Goa on holiday, where Nirmiti resorts and clubs representative caught us and asked us to scratch a card. We have been told that u are lucky winner and asked if we have credit cards with us. Afterwards they make us seated for 3 hrs and shown us fake dreams to Join their membership. They have done such a brainwash that we have been fooled up to join them. We paid Rs. 69000 through credit card on 4th Nov 2018 . After joining, 2 days later we have seen Google reviews and asked them to refund. But they denied and assured us that they will keep their commitment and all promises made during joining the membership. We have been told that our membership will b activated with DAE registration within 45 days. We waited till 7 months. But no response from them. Firstly their customer care number doesnt get responded always. Once in a while when they respond, they give a fixed answer that it will happen soon. Finally we asked for refund and they stopped responding at all. Finally we understood that we have been caught in a fraud and feeling really helpless. Requesting your help to get our money refunded. Looking forward for your kind help.

We have taken Membership no HPM/19092017/0140 from Nirmiti Resorts & Clubs Thane vide agreement dt 19/09/17.

Now they are not responding on mails for booking etc after taking full payment.
Customer care helpline [protected] goes no reply.

At the time of booking at Manali contact nos were given which have been changed now. DAE India tie up is not renewed by company as per information gathered.

We went holiday vacation to goa, their near condolium beach one guy approached and told to scratch nirmiti card after that he trapped use and took us to nirmiti office which is at le pearl hotel goa, theri one customer executive named karuna explained about membership, her manager maria, finally they swipe our credit card 66000/-, with emi charges 77000/- gave one agreement copy, now there is no response to call and emails, no holiday package, no dae kit as they promised,

Please refund my amount, i am simply paying my emis,

I got a nirmiti membership on oct 2018 at goa by paying rs 77000/-.
They gave false commitments. Not giving any holiday bookings, not receiving calls, no reply for mails, its fake company, i wanted my amount refund, very fake... I am paying emi every month,

I had called the girl named neeta de souza she is from goa only, she said she left nirmiti 7 months back. We are planning to go to consumer court... I think we all should unite n file a case against the company...
They are making huge amount of money like this and no one is even bothering.
