Nirmiti resorts and club is a fraud company looting people in name of membership for domestic and international resorts. Their customer support team is very uncooperative, superiors are worst, their resort list is not as they suggested and displayed at the time of inclusion in membership. They never call back for our questions. They ruined our planned trip on our planned holidays. Their customer care number and email are constantly changing & they are not giving their postal address. Apr 30, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved They are falsely assuring about refund but not a single rupee has been refunded.
They are not picking phone calls, not responding to emails now.
No one is really helping. Nirmiti Hotels, Clubs & Resorts customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

looks like All the loosers have to proceed with police complaint and take legal actions, lets form a group and fight together its our hard earned money

I am also facing the same problem, I want to book holidays for my membership, no one is picking up the phone and ensuring the reservation. all the phones and e-mail ID given are not working. I will take legal consultation how to proceed further
