Nirulas — Big boy Burger with cheese (BOGO) order

I ordered online through app, (BOGO) 1+1 big boy burger with cheese.
Order no. 0297793 today (1 april 2023)
What i got was burgers with no cheese, and only a mutton patty wrapped in a lettuce leaf with 2 slices of tomatoes and 1 slice of onion and 1 slice of pickle. Without any coleslaw or mayonaise or anything else in it.
No wonder Nirulas is going to Dogs.
