We ordered pizza but it was very very soggy..not good in taste and while eating it felt we ate chapati not pizza and soda icecream was bitter in tsste...

I ordered online through app, (BOGO) 1+1 big boy burger with cheese.
Order no. 0297793 today (1 april 2023)
What i got was burgers with no cheese, and only a mutton patty wrapped in a lettuce leaf with 2 slices of tomatoes and 1 slice of onion and 1 slice of pickle. Without any coleslaw or mayonaise or anything else in it.
No wonder Nirulas is going to Dogs....

I ordered a tripple burger set of rs.75 and paid online. After paying the money at 1:15Pm, I received a message of order being prepared, but it didn't arrive even after a day. Calling customer care is useless here, they just tell you their offer and some music, you'll be on waiting list but when you reach close to your queue, the call disconnects automatically, and no answer is given to you, no emails attached for customer complaints....

I ordered 3× tri color burger which was at scheme on Aug 15. And an online payment was done . But we haven't recieved the burger and visiting nirulas reply was that we didnt recieved any order. Showing tbem order number everything . Call was not picked. Ruined our independence day. Being such a big company this is ridiculous....

Yesterday on 14/082021 I have placed the order for the combo burger but haven't recieved it till today and customer service is not picking up the phone I have already paid the amount....

Just visited today with my wife on hug day to surprise... At your incream palour outlet situated at sector-18, noida, gautam budhnagar -201301 :there was a big poster mentioning with every purchase above 500 until 15th feb 2019 there is a free gift... So we purchased accordingly so that we can avail the sceam of special valentine occasion so the moment we billed.. He said there us no such thing

We had ordered a pizza to carry out, after 30 mins they brought the pizza to serve us and then we had to remind them that that its a carry out order .then they handed over a torn box to us which seemed to be already used . we had to get it changed and this took a lot of time . after coming back home we tasted the pizza and it was horrible.we had ordered a double cheese pizza and no extra cheese was there.this type of poor service was not...

I had ordered 2 triple sundae and a pizza at 9.30pm today.i was told it would take 55 minutes.at 10.15 i got a csll from nirulas saying that thd delivery boys bike was punctured so it would take longer.my order arrived at 11.10.it was cold puzza and completely melted ice cream.i tried calling to complain but the lines were busy.
You havd failed to deliver hot pizza andcold icecream and should replace my order as you should have extra...

today i went to Nirulas restaurant (which is newly open in Dumrao palace,patna) with my friend and we have given order for veg burger.the waiter of Nirula's come with my order.when i was eating my burger i found that they have given me non-veg burger.i'm Marwari sir and pure vegetarian and i've never eaten non-veg food in my life.being marwaris my religion not all me to even touch any non-veg food item...

Yesterday we went nirulas in rohini metro walk mall and ordered for non veg platter. The quality of food was not upto marks. More over they did not served all the things which were mentioned in their menu in that platter. the bill no is 141223-1 dated 20/06/10. i had never expected such a blunder from this food chain....

Recently we had gone to Nirulas Potpourri in Sec-2 Noida. We decided to go for buffet instead of the a la carte menu. They had soup, salads, rice, dal, fried gobi, paneer makhani, palak mushroom and veg-kofta in there buffet.
