agree with above, these people are no worth of quality assurance service. i had given them an order on sunday afternoon and having an assurance of 45 minutes delivery, it took almost more than one hour and above all no call or regret from their end. thats what we call QUALITY SERVICE AT AFFORDABLE PRICE? its shocking!!! advise NIRULAS to close down their operation if they are not able to perform the delivery service in time.

I placed an order in Noida and waited for 2 hours and finally on cancellation, they didnt even apologize.
NEVER EVER will i place any ordr with them and also advise people to NEVER trust their timelines.

Even im also pissed of its services and today i have finaly decided not to order anything from nirulas nd never suggest even to anyone..im located in gurgaon and since last 10 orders of rajma rice they havnt dlvrd me pickle which already comes with it ..nd reminding them even at the time of order...what a ...
The staff was not active and responsive. As i have complained that the KitKat shake is tasteless but no action has been taken by the staff and the have ignored without any apology and resolution.
Nirulas — I cannot send and receive MMS
It is been one and half month i have been continously interacting with your executives,I spoke to Neha,Manoj,Ajay,Harpreet,etc..and i told my problem very clearly to all of them,Some of them sent me the settings of MMS and asked me to save the settings and then send the first MMS to my own num.i did so but that even could not solved out my problem Ms.Neha Kept me on hold for around 9-12 minutes and did not turned up.Same Happened today(17.09.09) 10:30am I spoke to Mr.Ajay,he also kept me on hold and then said that he will transfer my line to his senior but the line got disconnected after few minutes...I am also in the industry where we take care of our customers but the service provided by vodafonecare was awfull, i never expected this from vodafone i have been using the vodafone since last two years and this time i believe i need to switch over to someother better brand who atleast satisfy their customers.I am really very dissappointed and this net complaint was the only left option for me.......Hope for recovery.........
