I ordered a tripple burger set of rs.75 and paid online. After paying the money at 1:15Pm, I received a message of order being prepared, but it didn't arrive even after a day. Calling customer care is useless here, they just tell you their offer and some music, you'll be on waiting list but when you reach close to your queue, the call disconnects automatically, and no answer is given to you, no emails attached for customer complaints.
