I had ordered 2 triple sundae and a pizza at 9.30pm today.i was told it would take 55 minutes.at 10.15 i got a csll from nirulas saying that thd delivery boys bike was punctured so it would take longer.my order arrived at 11.10.it was cold puzza and completely melted ice cream.i tried calling to complain but the lines were busy.
You havd failed to deliver hot pizza andcold icecream and should replace my order as you should have extra delivery vehicles for such exigencies .also if it has happened to get delayed you should have made fresh sundae and pizza . Was this information helpful? |
