Booking cancellation amount not refunded

I booked Nissan Magnite in the month of December 2020 in the Ghaziabad agency . Later due to some circumstances I was not in a position to purchase the car. Accordingly I informed the Manager Mr. Ahlawat (Mobile:[protected] about the same and asked him to refund my amount. He asked me to fill a form for cancellation. My father obliged to the same and submitted the cancellation form.
However it has been more than 15 days and still...

    I have booked a NISSAN MAGNITE car 1 months ago.At the time of booking they told me that they will deliver the vehicle with in 1 months And before 15 th January 2021...later they changed their statement and told us that nissan company they delaying delivery. we have waited till last month.then 1day they called us nd told us that the vehicle is ready nd asked us to pay the full amount nf we do d same...But later they said that the color we have specified is not available nd another color is available and if we are interested we can take that...we refused to take that vehicle...now the waiting period o[censored]s is over and till now they didn't deliver us the vehicle and also our money is with them...they holding our money.not deliver the vehicle as promised earlier and cheques keep pending due to the Nissan Head office issues.

      I have booked nissan magnite XV PREMIUM SANDSTORM BROWN, on date 8th dec 2020 against the name of Mrs Poonam Devi at Shuhul motors jammu (j&k).
      I have made the payment in advanve..I have not got the vehile till now as promised..Morever they have been provided with demo vehicle but still they are not giving test drive even on repeated request.. they have also taken the handling charges in extra against the ex show room value makimg it more costlier ..Kindly provide the vehicle at the earliest as promised and arrange test drive

        This is to inform you that I have not received my booked vehicles. Ganpati Nisan's employee Mr. Chandra Mohan is doing a bad behavior talk today on 14/02/2021 time 7.20 PM. When I am doing an inquiry today from Chandra Mohan he is saying that I have sold your booked vehicle. You are not eligible for a vehicle. when I am saying I will complain against you & company behavior he was saying you do any things but your vehicle will not be delivered to you. This is to inform you that I am going to court against your employee behavior and also going to consumer court for compensation and punishment again your company. I am attaching a conversation recording. Thanks for your company's bad behavior activity.

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          I have booked a Nissan Magnite XE on 09th Dec 2020 at PROVINCIAL NISSAN, Nagpur. On 30th Dec 2020 I have visited for test ride & was disappointed very much due to the following reasons.

          1) At the time of booking I was told that the vehicle will be ready for delivery by March 2021. I was told that I can change variant at any time. But it was not informed that if I changed the variant then it would impact the delivery time. Today I have changed my choice to XL 1.0 Non Turbo and was shocked to know that delivery will be 24 weeks from today.
          2) Test ride was given for 1 minutes only of Turbo verson . How can someone analyse the performance of your vehicle in one minute trial ? I am surprised with this. Your people told that they have this much permission only for test rides. Non Turbo variants will be available for test ride only after 15th Jan 2021 but 100% refund on cancellation will be given upto 10th Jan 2021. This is very horrible.
          3) I am not happy at all with the kind of response from your team.
          4) If I have such experience on booking only then I am worried how your response will be after purchasing the vehicle.

          Please let me know the exact time of delivery of Magnite XL 1.0 NT. I can't trust on Dealers words.

              The vehicle when left at the service centre for service we are told that it'll take few days to work on it and then thy end up taking months!
              Service must have a timeline, it can't just take FOREVER.
              Extreme inconvenience from Nissan services.

                We visited to the nissan service centre to purchase wire of AC to heater but they refused to give.
                says that only we have authority to chage the part and they tell us some extra services that these services are also compulsory along this.
                that is completely unnecessary.
                and makes the bill of around 5500.
                this is completely unsatisfactory.
                they are behaving like uneducated completely mannerless, incorporative staff.

                  I purchased a Nissan micra xv automatic from EVM Nissan calicut kerala 3 years back. Paid loan amount and transferred to the dealer and a balance of thousand something to get after final bill (what bank transferred and the actual bill of vehicle from dealer). I am calling continuously to the showroom about my refund and they are behaving irresponsible and till I did not get my money back.

                    Good evening,
                    I am Dr. P. Chandrasekaran; owner of Nissan terrano vehicle no. TN33 BH 4632; I am at Erode. My vehicle suddenly did not start and had to call the service next day, found to be Diesel pump problem.
                    usually the diesel pump has to last for around 3.5 lakhs kilometer are so in all vehicle by which time we might have looked into in servicing. Luckly I wass at my hospital and returning home.
                    I am doing my services all at Nissan services at erode from starting of purchase of my vehicle.
                    they say it is a rare problem and we have ordered the part and it has yet to come. it is already more than 10 days my vehicle was taken to the service centre.
                    they said pay Rs. 20000.00 so we will get your vehicle fixed quickly in 2 days; this was 5 days back.
                    Even though it is a very rare complaint/fault in the diesel pump, you which will not occur as early as this, you will charge; but you will give the vehicle only after a months time.
                    this is what is happening for me in rectifying the any defective parts of the vehicle. routine services they give it on time. only GOD knows the servicing quality.

                    I am a proffessional who is dependent on the vehicle for my work. I am taking the call taxies which could not be avioded.

                    please, I request you to send the parts early so that I could have the vehicle soon. I still could not place what is the reason for failure of the most important part at this time and whether this is happening in almost all vehicle - TERRANO model due to faulty part.

                    thanking you expecting early delivery of my vehicle.

                      I booked one such a car ( Nissan kicks xv 1.3 turbo premium )
                      On 07 November 2020 with advance 10000 +40000 and 532000 rupees also ...they are Sayed with 10 days you car will be DELIVERY in your location but they did not deliver the car, nor did they respond to my telephone calls...they are creating ... everytime I'm asking about car they are saying your car is on the way from the manufacturing unit ...one importance point my loan amount 850000 also transferred to the dealer account from hdfc bank Pvt limited, but still they are saying your car on the way ...plz resolve my problem otherwise I'm going to take legal action to the dealer of Nissan...and another mail also ready to Nissan japan office

                        I had given my vehicle for service yesterday at konam, nagercoil service centre and I see that they have not serviced my vehicle properly even the seats were are muddy and dusty as if they had been used and the floor mats were soaking wet no proper service the gear box were dusty and still so after service but fees for cleaning and service was done but no service has been done instead I got a more dirtier car then how I had left it.

                              Sir,
                              I bought your Nissan Sunny in 2015th May. Today My car met a major accident near by Thennilai, Karur District, Tamilnadu - 639206, India. My car number is TN66P6787. I am residing at Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. But I would like to infirm you that there is not the authorized service center to the accidental place for 100 to 140 Kilometre surrounding. I Know just now that the service center is already stopped in Coimbatore. So I have the chance only to shift my car only to Trichy or Madurai. Trichy is not suitable to us. If i choose Madurai, it will come nearly 150 kilometres. Though the car have full insurance, the insurance companies paid the towing charge within 30 kilometres only. So I am unable to pay the charge for towing at this situation. Kindly help me. How can I recover my car?

                                  I m writing this is against Rajesh Mishra Recovery manager head in Nissan finance. He abusing me and said.. (bhai agar aukat na hoto gadi jama krde). And calling me... teri behan ko chodu. madharchod..aur mil tujhe batata hu..admi bhejta hu.. asi gali boli.. so this way to talk with customer as of now we all know about this situation entire in India. Aur fir mene bhi gali di hai.. Qki mene gadi li hai iska matlab company ko a6a lage wo kregi.. 4 EMI Bounce hue isme company ke log gali denge..I have recording and chat. Recording is pathetic by Rajesh mishra.very good

                                    I bought a Nissan Terrano car on 14 Jan 2015. This is to inform you that the gear top of my vehicle got badly burst automatically. I made a verbal complaint regarding this to your authorized service center. But after few days it had been brought into my notice that it was just because of my vehicle being very old. I think the answer given by them either funny or ridiculous. Because i don't think so that the top variant of the Nissan group got old in 6 years and it's parts have only such small life.

                                    I'm sending pictures of the damaged part. Therefore it is requested that plz take appropriate action to replace the damaged part of my car.

                                      I am writing this letter to bring your kind attention regarding the quality of service I experienced from your dealership EVM NISSAN, KOZHIKODE, KERALA.

                                      I own a Nissan micra XVCVT and almost one year ago I noticed the engine warning yellow indicator on the instrument cluster and I visited the dealership for the same .The technician and the service advisor analysed the issue and reassured me that the issue had been rectified.
                                      But, after a few kilometers of drive itself, the warning light reappeared. So I took the car next week and requested for a detailed inspection for any faults. They kept the vehicle for a day and informed me that the issue had been examined in detail again and rectified.
                                      The car was okay for a week, but the warning lamp reappeared after a week.

                                      On 31.12.2019 I again took the vehicle to them and asked with patience to check the issue in detail along with the regular service . They kept the car for a day and informed me that the valve timing sensor is malfunctioning and need to be replaced and approximate cost would be 10000 INR. I agreed and paid partially in advance in order to ensure the service (Invoice attached). They assured me that I would be informed as soon as the part is available and would replace it then .I received no communication in this regard from them for three months.since it was locked down due to covid, I couldn't follow up .
                                      And finally, I kept the vehicle for a day On 26.09.2020 and the part concerned was replaced from there (invoice attached). But the same warning lamp reappeared after four days.

                                      I am totally disappointed in this matter, as they could not rectify the issue permanently even after multiple visits personally and spending 10500 rupees for service alone. Being an NRI on a short vacation here, I can't commute now without the issue being solved permanently. I am very much impressed with the Japanese legacy and quality of Nissan abroad and for the same reason I chose a vehicle from Nissan in India too.

                                      I kindly request you to do needful to get my car repaired properly and permanently keeping the vehicle with the dealership for sufficient time, and arrange me a car from your side free of charge till my vehicle get repaired, as it is not possible for me to manage my conveyance without a car during my short vacation here
