This is not acceptable to any brand providing this type of service,

the service center has had my car for the last 5 days and today they have provided me with half the work done.

I will not take any service from the authorized service center,

    Its about grievance caused by Nissan and their roadside assistant policy maker,

    I took a policy for RSA from Nissan, . I got a breakdown of my vehicle at 11 am . then I raised a complain to them and they started lying from 11 am that pick up will be at 1pm, after 1 pm I called them almost every half an hour and all I was hearing from them is the vehicle will reach there in 5 minutes.

    at the oust and most disgusting way to lie, which I found at 6 pm when one of their guys said vehicle hasn't dispatched from the service centre and wil depart soon,
    lastly I handed my car at 7pm to this guy,
    I had been denied for the assistance over the taxi and accommodation so obviously I had to manage it by my own.

    I reached anyhow to Kolhapur by changing 2 vehicles at 9:30pm, was literally feeling stranded as there was no food parlor/hotel open due to lockdown.

    All THIS MISERY COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED IF YOUR NISAN RSA HAVE COMMUNICATED THE REALITY RATHER GIVING FAKE PROMISES FOR 8 HOUR

    They didn't co operate with my overnight stay nor the Nissan group customer care, i had to Manage everything on my own with family
    i trusted Nissan emergency and they literally hung me high and dry on highway for 8 straight hours, with my family.

    I handed my car to a guy at 7:00 pm who was supposed to come at 1 pm.

        I had booked nissan magnite top version on 17th jan 2021 and I was told it will be delivered within 8-10 weeks and now its more than 26 weeks and there is no response from nissan I do not understand as to why are you exporting when you are not able to fulfill domestic indian market
        Could you please let me know exactly when can it be delivered
        There is no use waiting for months together

          Dear Sir
          I booked a Nisaan Magnite XV turbo in white shade on December 2020 at Raj Nisaan, Ajmer . The showroom committed to provide me the car till 28 August 2021 but when I went to check on, I got no response from their side, they said they can't provide it to me at the commited date. That car was supposed to be a wedding gift to my sister and I can't delay it anyhow. The Dealer asked me if I can go with XL but I don't want to go for any other options. Looking forward for your speedy action on the same.

            I have booked a nissan magnite on 20/02/2021 at nissan showroom in Kollam, kerala and the customer executive and manager promised me that the delivery will be at 4 to 6 weeks from booking date.It was for a marriage purpose.And the delivery failed in time and i contacted them again, they said delivery may take upto 6 months, it is sure that you will get the car within 6 months. I changed the marriage date.Now my marriage date is very close and when i contact the showroom they say no available vehicles is there for delivery. This is very difficult situation. All promises at booking time is failed...

              I’m Mohamed Rashid owner or Nissan Terrano KL-46-P-6660. I’ve booked periodic service at Pinnacle nissan motors Thrissur, Kerala. They didn’t give any time to come. When i arrived they said they can’t give car on same day and i argue and they accepted to give the car without washing I'm ok with that. After that they said they can’t remove the wheel because they don’t have enough repair kit. They said they do service without changing the brake pad, drum checking and alignment. I booked for service so i’ve to arrange the kit like that they say. I’ve arranged the kit from another service centre. This is not the first time i’m having problem with this dealership. In every periodic services i had problem with this service centre and i’ve complained so many times. In our district only one Nissan service centre is available so we don’t have any other dealers for periodic service. So I humbly request to Nissan motors that at least please check the dealerships whether they have sufficient materials for service.

                  Nissan connect App is not at all working. So will you please return back the amount which you have Charged.
                  Subsequently you can remove the Nissan connect facility from my car.

                    Full Car Payment Refund

                    I had booked Nissan Magnite in December 2020 from Kandivali Showroom and paid the initial booking amount.

                    In June 2021 - After numerous followups, The showroom sales called me and gave me an allotment email with car delivery date of July 2021. The sales lead asked me to pay the full amount.

                    I have booked nissan magnite xv on 9 feb at that time i was told that i will get my car in 2 months but nowwww... its more than 6 months, yet i have not recieved my car delivery . whats going on . nissan india first of all u should care about customers in your country . nissan india isnt able to full fill the demands of their country of production and they started to export . what to say about it ... this is totally wrong . i need my car delivery in next 1-2 week ...

                        I booked Nissan magnite turbo xv manual transmission on 16th December 2020. My first delivery date was given on April 2020. Then it got shifted to June. At end of June when I checked track my car, the delivery date was on 16th July. And now in track my car it is 16th December 2021. They keep on shifting delivery date. They have lot of excuses to say. Now they are not replying to mails. Worst experience

                          Dear team I had book my car magnite mt xv model on 28dec 2020, as per track my car application car was supposed to deliver by 15augest, but when I rech dealer on 26 July they said my car was sent back as I did not enurire about, seems like they delivered my car to some one else as it is on high demand, now car tracking showing delivery date 15nov, this is really unfair

                              Hello,

                              This is regarding the cancellation request that I initiated on April month...As I mentioned in my previous email, the main reason for my cancellation is getting absolutely no response from the Palakkad Nissan showroom. I had shared all the asked documents for cancellation, still no updates. I called, texted multiple times to the dealer from Palakkad..no updates.

                              I got a call from a manager that my refund will be processed soon but it's been more than 3 months since this cancellation has been initiated.

                              Absolute irresponsible behaviour to the customers. Nissan Palakkad is the worst and it obviously due to lack of good leadership or routine checks by Nissan.

                                I cancelled Nissan magnite as no response from d showroom Surya Nissan Bangalore, I cancelled it in April. Aftr that they wer giving excuse of lockdown now even aftr lockdown it's a month and I have not heard anything abt my refund. I want someone to look in to it and treat your customers with some responsibility. Otherwise Nissan will not have customers at all.

I have given written request to dealer (R.C Nissan, at Solan District in Himachal Pradesh.) for cancellation and to issue the refund money back. However, already four months are passed but due to unjustified one and other new reasons dealer is not issuing the refund amount to me. I called them around more than 50 (Fifty times) but nothing happened only...

                                  I had Purchased Datsun Go plus from Okhla phase 1 Delhi on 9the June 2017, also purchased Extended Warrenty for 5year . Now I Have sent my car to service centre for yearly servicing, where they told your AC cooling could is damaged which is under extended warrenty and said we have initiated Approval for claim, but now they are asking me full amount approx 12k for AC maintained nd today Is 4th day of submitted my car at service center.
                                  On daily basis I have beared 2k per day, kindly reimbursed my expanses cost plus 12k which is charged by service center.

                                    I had bood nissan magnite with name of jai bahadur singh with the booking amount 111000 Rs but my sister were died due to corona thats why i cancel my booking your sales person did not attend my call when i told them cancel my booking i got my check after 1 and half months there is no lockdown in this date . After i got my check your feedback team call me for feedback and i told that girl that your sales person not receiving my call after my cancellation. Then piyush call me and misbehaving with me on call he said "tumko tumhra check milla ki nhi complain kyu kiya mera " this the word of sales person
