I booked Nissan magnite on 2 Dec 2020 but the dealer (Surya Nissan) had failed to update the entry in the system on time or intentionally and because of which my vehicle delivery date is dragged to May/June instead of February.

I booked on 2nd December but the dealer had updated in the system on 21 December. I am one of the first customer to book magnite before launch and I need you're immediate assistance here. I tried every other possibility like calling customer service of Nissan.

Below are the required details,

I keep following up with the dealer but of no use. I visited the showroom plenty of time but of my time waste and no response

    I am R.Sasirekha, writing this to inform you that I had done booking of Nissan Magnite XE Car at Dhanalaxmi Autozone, Velachery Showroom, Chennai on 11th Dec'20. This booking was done based on the assurance given by Staff that the car will be delivered in 12 weeks. But it has been 14 Weeks now no information regarding the delivery.
    Please look into this matter and let me know the reason for delay or should I cancel the order.

      I had booked Magnite with Etco Nissan Motors Vidyavihar West, Mumbai in Feb 2021 after being given assurance that if Booking cancellation is done, l would receive ENTIRE REFUND WITHIN 7 Working Days without any Cancellation.
      I cancelled the booking as waiting period was too long. Now it's More than 3 weeks After Cancellation BUT still no Sign Of Refund and they are using My Booking amount Interest Free
      Nissan Motors customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      After putting up my complaint here today l received the Refund amount cheque from Etco Nissan

            I booked nissan magnite on dec 14 in AAHASH NISSAN THANJAVUR, TAMIL NADU, the dealer promised me that the delivery is on feb end, when i call them they won't respond me. I want my car before feb end otherwise i need to take legal action with help of government.

                  Dear sirs,
                  My vehicle Nissan Micra TN 34 Y 7551 met on accident on 16th Feb 2021 and immediately it was dropped at Ramani Nissan Erode for work. I have reported to Insurance agent and they came for inspection immediately and gave work order. But, till date my vehicle was not yet taken for work. They blindly replying that the spares not yet received for work.

                    I have submitted my vehicles in Neo Nissan Sec-03 Noida at 22/02/2021. after accident.
                    My Vehicle handed over me on 08/03/2021. without complete repair.
                    When I have drive found my car Steering not working properly, and undefined noise in Front side. When I have shows the surveyor Mr. Frioz He committed to me your insurance not provide approval for power staring when i communicated the surveyor he confirm me no evidence shown to customer or communicated till 08/03/2021.
                    I have surrender my vehicle at Neo Nissan Sec-03 Noida and he committed to me i will share the photo and evidence to surveyor and repaired in 3-4 days. but when i have ask on Monday he replied its take 6-7 days and no evidence share to surveyor of oriental insurance till time.
                    Please expedite my case and provide me vehicle till 10/03/2021.

                        I have purchased Nissan Magnite and delevered to me on dated 21.02.2021without accessories and i have paid fully payment with accessoried on advanced basis because they said accessories purchase on mandatory basis on such car. but almost 10-11 days gone i yet not received accessories of my car, withou accessories i cannot go out with my family...
                        when i usedto contact to dealer, they only worng info passed away and told me that they will provide within two day but 10-11 days gone and they did not fulfilled their promise.

                        Please initiate of my complain and help me as soon as possible.

                          Hello Sir/Madam,
                          I am Nitin Deepak Rupnar. I booked yesterday Nissan Magnite Turbo CVT ( Reference Booking ID: [protected]).
                          1) I visited Vertex Nissan last week and they shared price list in which there was no logistic charges.
                          2) I booked car yesterday based on price list shared by dealer.
                          3) After booking they shocked me with addition of 6500 rupees in quotation under lable of logistics ( Refer attachment).
                          4) This has been brought to company's notice by many users already that Ex-showroom is not ex-stockyard price. As its companies responsibility to deliver car to customer. Even there is supreme court order and transport dept notice regarding such mal-practices.
                          5) In December, Nissan India dealership team already declared that such charges are waived off.
                          6) It's really sad that still Vertex nissan Gurgaon dealer is charging such charges.
                          7) Please look into it and waive off such illegal charges.

                            Dealer charging incidental charges of rs 8000

                            Dealer is charging an incidential charges of Rs 8000 before taking delivery.This incidential charge is not specified in the proforma or any other quotes.Please solve this issue as soon as possible as I'm holding the delivery of vehicle and I'm hereby attaching the statement of settlement which is issued by the dealer....

                                Hiii sir/madan i booked nissan magnite base variant model on december 12 2020.. Till now dealers in guntur not give any information about vehicle delivery date.. At the booking time dealers said vehicle delivery by feb month.. So as per they given commitment i sold my old car and face trouble to journey with my family... So pls confirm immediate reply about vehicle delivery date otherwise i will go with legal procedure...

                                  This is to bring to your notice an awful experience I had while purchasing Nissan Magnite from Neo Nissan, Noida.

                                  Key Highlights:

                                  - Booked Magnite turbo CVT on 23rd dec, 2020 (booking form photo attached)

                                  - 20th Feb, 2021 went for PDI and pay the remaining amount, dealer asked for additional 6500 INR as stockyard charges, citing it’s approved by Nissan India. (Attached receipt of 6500 INR).

                                  - Had to succumb to dealers demand as we needed car urgently.

                                  As per my research, it’s incorrect to charge stockyard/logistic/warehouse charges.

                                  I therefore request you to help me in this regard and get me a refund of 6500 INR that I had to pay to the dealer as stockyard/warehouse charges.

                                    I had booked one Magnite on 5th December 2020 at your dealership Dhaanvi Nissan, Nagaon, Assam. Today I'm getting delivery of the vehicle and they're charging me sum of rs 9600 as logistics. I'm totally surprised by this. Is this mandatory? Kindly look after this matter.

                                      I booked nissan magnite on 5/12/20 but till 22/2/21 i donot received my xe varient magnite till now . At the time of booking of my xe varient there was 4 week to 6 week waiting period and it is more than 11 week now and no response received till now on 5/12/20 there was 3000 booking till that date but nissan magnite already delivered 8000 vehicle were is my xe varient which i booked on 5/12/20.
