Myself nitin kumar tyagi from delhi Sir, I have purchased (Two wheeler) national insurance policy no.[protected] for activa scooty registration no. - dl5sbe0211 through policy bazzar on 10.12.2018 in which old insurance no. & expiry date given by me correct but original endorsement copy of national insurance received my e-mail id – [protected]@gmail.com through policy bazaar showing wrong insurance no. & expiry date. 2. After, five months my active scooty accidential due to hit by another bike. Thereafter, i have claimed insurance from policy bazaar but mr. Hamjeet jareda, administrative officer, national insurance company ltd, policy bazaar claim department, divisional officer-i, sco-41, 42, 43, sector -22, gurgoan -122001 had intimated me that while processing the claim file it is observed that you have mentioned previous policy expiry date – 09/12/2018 instead of 30.03.2018. So we are unable to process your claim file. After e-mailing amendment copy of national insurance to mr. Hamjeet joreda has not given replied till date. 3. Kindly direct concern chief administration officer of policy bazzar for settlement above policy claim at the earliest, please and also directed to take strict action against such type defaulter employees so that in future, any customer will not suffer any kind of problem.
