[Resolved]  Nobroker — AC Repairing and Gas refilling

I live in Delhi, I have paid for AC Gas Refilling from the app scheduled for 10AM of 3rd April 2022. There technician didn’t reached till 3:30PM. The technician refilled the gas and marked the service as completed within 10 minutes of his arrival at my house.

I raised a complaint to Nobroker as he didn’t repaired the leakage. He just came and refilled. There technician told me that there is 90d warranty policy, they’ll make sure everything next time if the gas gets leaked.

After 10–15d, the gas leaked again, now when the new technicians visited my house, the checked for the leakage and asked me 8k-10k for repairing that leakage. I asked nobroker “why the technicians didn’t told me same during the first visit?” To which they responded that I have only paid for gas refilling and now the claim is only for gas refilling so we’ll charge for other damages.

Now, I don’t know whether it was damage made by their technician in their first visit or it was a damage done before 3rd of April. I have asked them if the damage to AC’s coil was made before their visit or not? If so, then why they didn’t told me about it during their first visit? And if they didn’t made damage to my AC’s coil, then why didn’t they sent same technician in the second visit if something suspicious wasn’t there. I have wasted my 2565rs to NoBroker for gas refilling and 13000 rupees for their suspicious activity. They have stopped responding to tweets and mails, Visiting their headquarters isn’t allowed but they have stopped replying to the calls as well.
