[Resolved]  Nobroker — Duplicate payment made- refund not received

I booked a cleaning service from NObroke on 11July2025 for which I made an advance payment of Rs 1341.64 through UPI. The system hung for a bit and I got another request for payment, which I successfully paid through UPI. MY bank account waas debited twice and this payment was not adjusted by Nobroker in the final payment. I emailed them requesting the refund of duplicate payment to which they replied saying they have received payment only once.I have complained to HDFC also who have said the payment has been processed twice . I request Nobroker to refund the payment
