I am filing this complaint to formally report severe deficiency of service and unfair trade practices by NoBroker Technologies Solutions Pvt. Ltd. regarding their NRI property management service.
Complaint Details:

I enrolled for a paid NRI plan with NoBroker for my residence in Bangalore, relying on their assurance of a seamless, professional experience for overseas owners and a 60-day money-back guarantee if a tenant is not finalized within the promised period.

I am an overseas owner currently residing in Barcelona, Spain, and I specifically chose NoBroker to avoid the hassle of managing on-ground logistics across time zones. Unfortunately, the entire experience has been extremely unsatisfactory.

Key Issues:

No Real Progress:
Despite multiple follow-ups and sharing all required details, there has been no meaningful update on tenant sourcing or any concrete steps for property management.

Breach of Refund Policy:
As per NoBroker’s commitment, if no tenant is found within 60 days, the full amount paid should be refunded. It has now been 76 days since enrollment, yet there is no response or clear timeline for my refund.

Excessive Irrelevant Communication:
Instead of service updates, I have received numerous promotional emails, spam calls from different unknown numbers at odd hours, and irrelevant marketing messages. I have clearly requested only essential service-related communication, which has been ignored.

Lack of Respect for Communication Preferences:
I had clearly informed NoBroker to reach me only via WhatsApp at +[protected] after 7:00 PM IST due to my time zone. Despite this, their team continues to make random calls to my Indian SIM, causing inconvenience and privacy concerns.

Mismanagement of Key Handover:
My relatives in Challaghata, Bangalore, agreed to hand over the property keys. Despite this, they have been subjected to multiple back-and-forth calls and unreasonable demands, such as traveling long distances and taking unnecessary pictures. NoBroker assured porter service for key collection, but this was never coordinated properly.

Impact:
Due to these lapses, I have already lost over a month with zero benefit from the paid service. This reflects clear deficiency in service and breach of contractual commitment, which is unacceptable under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
