I don't understand whats wrong with this website, trying to create an add to rent out a property but each time it is going to inactive status indefinitely. I raised multiple requests to customer care every time i get to hear, there is a technical glitch and we have raised complaint to back end team. Its been more than 3 months and i had created 4-5 times same adds as previous ones are never becoming active, but no luck. I guess No broker are thinking about only paid service currently. I am a house owner. I had a bad experience with the No broker website and customer service. The listing for my property is frequently inactive even though I subscribed and paid for the relax plan. My property has been inactive for the last four months
Customer care and relationship managers always claim technical issues

Please share your experience if you are facing similar issues.

I'm not mediator I have owned 5 flats .

Y they inactive my add I don't understand
Simply said tecnical issue

Not even understand the customer issue.
They sumtyms disconnect the call while speaking
