    Hi Team,

    I have posted my property (1BHK) for sale on nobroker.com and found power plan below the posting and opted for it by paying the amount of Rs 942.82 on 24th November, but when I called the dedicated helpline no [protected] on same day I came to know that the plan is only for buyers and the person asked to send a mail to [protected]@nobroker.in

    I have logged the complaint no #6668424 for the same .

    I requested them to refund the amount back as I am not a buyer and don't want to opt the power plan but didn't get any response from them.

    I have also send mail to ashish.[protected]@nobroker.in (Grievance cell) but still no response..

    I hope this complaint will be resolved and my money will be refunded else I will file a complaint in the consumer court for this fraud as without asking for the services the amount is been accepted.

    I had taken the plan by mistake and on the same day I had send mail for returning the amount as I was not looking to buy any house

    I received a call from [protected] (In truecaller name was displayed as Puja Rani from Bihar)and he was asking me to install Anydesk app and login to my bank account from browser and to cancel the transaction and then the amount will be refunded..i suspected it as a fraud and asked him to refund to my upi id which was used for the transaction...pls look into the matter..i think someone is using this platform for financial fraud...pls ask nobroker to refund my amount via normal transaction.

      We have opted for Rent Agreement service from Nobroker. The process was completed on 9th Nov. However, it has still not been received by us. Why is there so much delay? Why is team not following up with government officials for speedy completion? There is no response from your support mail ID as well. Earlier there was a delay for assigning a Relationship Manager for Money Back Plan and now this. Absolutely disappointing service by Nobroker. Please refund the amount if you can't provide the advertised service.

        Money Back Guarantee Plan

        I opted money back Guarantee Plan. I was been assigned with a Relationship manager. He unable to rent my house in 60 days.
        Now with below email noborker claims that they refunded back my money. Unfortunately money never back to my account.
        Guaranteed money laundering and some sort of fraud going on with this company. They not even bother to share the details of their statement which states the transaction number.

        Apparently, Zee TV marathi shows this no broker ad too frequent which is extremely irritating. 8 times the same as in one break is not at all expected.

          I was looking for flats then in marthahalli during the corona period. No broker had an offer running during the Corona period that if you pay Rs.500, some of their services would be free and if I didn't find a room the money would be refunded. Being new to Bangalore I registered in July. I was connected with their relationship manager Mr.Lalith. I have tried calling the customer care, emiled them. No action has been done till now.

            I tried paying my maintaince bill through credit card and they resumed my payment asking for proof of document. After which i provided the same but they said it is not valid and said they refunded my amount but excluding the charges which are Rs.1200, which is a big cheating. I really wan my money back. Guys plz dont trust no brokerage people.

                I had very Bad experience with Nobroker. i have taken the paid service for my vacant flat but they never get the tenant or refunded my money. The company is fake there promises too. Don’t approach then at all. Frauds & cheaters all are accumulated under one umbrella that is nobroker.

                  I had taken the super money back plan to avail rental service from Noborker on 4th of September. But did not get a single tenant from nobroker in 60 days.

                  When I spoke to the executives I was working with (Syed Roshan and Pruthiviraj - RM) they said since NoBroker was able to provide a single tenant, NoBroker is going to refund the amount (Rs. 11, 798.82) to me. They also informed me over the phone that the refund has been initiated (sometime around 8th or 9th Nov). But I have not received any written confirmation (either via email/sms) yet. Now a days they are avoiding my calls and not responding to me whenever I am trying to call them.

                  Please confirm when NoBroker is going to issue the refund to me.

                    Our agreement was supposed to start on 15th November and it was initiated 15 days prior to the move in date. In spite of frequent follow ups there has been no update from your side or the RM and the agreement has been delayed due to the mistake from nobroker service team. We've been deceived and kept in the dark and that has caused us many hurdles in the process of shifting.
                    We've reached mumbai and amid this pandemic we're forced to stay in a hotel.
                    We've already paid the rent and the additional expenses of the hotel are incurred from 15th onwards.
                    Your service is unacceptable and you've put us in danger amidst pandemic. And the expenses of the hotel are also additional.

                    Request you to refund Rs. 999/day as charges of the hotel for the number of days this process is delayed from 15th November.
                    Additionally, pay Rs. 10000 for the mental harrasment it has cost both o[censored]s.

                    If you delay this any further, we'll be forced to log this complaint in consumer complaints portal.

                      No refund received even after two weeks. Complaints just falling to deaf ears. They call twice a day just to ask feedback but when asked about the refund they just say someone else will call and we don't get any call. Even mailing them yields the same kind of response. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

                        CPMS plan - 10000 refund as not able to find tenants in the stipulated time

                        Please note I was given a CPMS plan option to rent out my flat at Thane West. In the email from No Broker they had mentioned that I need to deposit 10000₹ which is purely refundable in case No broker is not able to find a tenant after one month.                         Have mailed rental agreement copy 12 days back, till now no communication from ur side and I am following up since one week, now they r telling that refund not possible because of mismatch, we have taken one lakh advance and one lakh post dated cheque for remaining amount which sums up to 2 lakhs same thing is mentioned in the agreement also. How it will be mismatch if we agree to take 1 lakh advance after one month time during this pandemic when ppl have lost their jobs and having PAC cuts

                          I had opted for packers and movers service from no broker a month back for movement from pune to Bangalore and even now I am continuously following up with them for getting my issue resolved. one of the worst services I have seen. most of materials got damaged like fridge, almirah, bike, glass cup. Also they had damaged pipe at pune and municipality pipe at Bangalore . one of my materials, sofa was delivered atleast 1 week late. now I am following up for insurance and there is no response or follow up from no broker. Would suggest never opt for this service from no broker

                            I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Rent

                            The issue that I have experienced was: Purchased a super money back plan on Aug 21. Relationship manager convinced me to accept token amount from a tenant as booking amount, and tenant transferred 1000. I was told by RM if tenant backs off, nobroker will continue services to find another tenant and extend the plan for remaining days. But later they twisted words saying no tenant will be found after receiving token amount.
                            When tenant backed-out, requested multiple times to inform nobroker also, but she never helped me to send an e-mail to no-broker.,
                            I feel like nobroker / rm and tenant played game al together.
                            If tenant is genuine, she would have responded to help me to inform to nobroker and help me to get refund.

                            It occurred on: 17/09/2020

                            Refund subscription amount of 11, 798/-. Because tenant backed out after reserved.

                            I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                            This is a clear cheating. Nobroker agents are sending their own friends to reserve the house and paying a small token amount and cancel the subscription by claiming tenant found. Then tenants will backout., and no broker will not take any further steps. Very scary

At present I am trying to post a Free Add through your website almost since one month now. I am unable to activate it as I am getting the feedback from your Customer Executive saying that there is a technical problem and we will resolve soon. I wrote a free emails asking you to activate it but so far no response. I have not experienced these kind of Experience earlier from your Team. As you also agree with me on the fact that today, waiting for posting a free add for a month would cost heavily for anyone and that too from a renowned Portal like you. I have brought this to your notice just to highlight You and not to make remark on your Executives or to get benefit out of this.                                   I had registered for your services for home search under New Project assured Plan. Payment of 999INR made on Aug 27, 2020 10:53 AM
                                  Order ID:[protected]. Since there has not been a single suggestion from your side, had requested to refund my subscription amount of 999 INR as it was a refundable plan.

                                  I had requested the Relationship manager for refund on 05th Oct 2020 and also emailed to your contact Neha Singh, but till date (04th Nov 2020) amount not credited back and also no response on the status of refund.

                                  I have been following up with the Relationship Manager as well as the Customer service number and also mailed on [protected]@nobroker but till date have not received my refund and also no response on status of refund.

                                  Everytime the customer service team and the RM responds saying he is not able to get in touch with the relevant team and will get a call back within 2 hrs which does not happen. Very frustrating and unprofessional service.

                                  After having a couple of fake promises of Call back, had called up Customer care for Nobroker and refused to disconnect until issue is resolved. After 2 hours of communication and raising the issue to next levels on heirarchy, they raised refund and assured credit in 7 - 10 working days. Got the refund in 3 days.

Also the assurance was given for Field RelationShip Manager which was given to me effective for just 2 days and post that I have been reaching out to the lady who called me named as Neha Singh "neha.[protected]@nobroker.in" for the refund as there has been no service provided by the assured relation ship manager. But I am not getting any response even after sending multiple emails for refund. Post that happened to speak to Sabrina who claimed to be her boss and have spoken to her twice but she still fails to address my issue and have given fake promises without any solution and concern for customer service.

                                    Is this the way customer are going to get treated from No Broker. Can I immediately get my money back and get a confirmation on my email ID [protected]@gmail.com and on my registered mobile number [protected].
