I had purchased nobroker moneyback plan (Cin no. U74900ka2014ptc077652) in march-20 to sell my flat (Order id:[protected]. However, due to covid-19, there are restrictions on visitors in my society. Also, there is job insecurity due to the present market situation due to covid-19. Hence, i decided to hold the decision to sell my flat and informed the same to nobroker via email dtd.10.08.2020 to my account manager mr. Mubbasir and informed him to close my account and return the balance amount. I also informed him during our discussion on 14.08.2020 based on which he initiated the request for account closer and refund of the balance amount (Approx.14, 000-15, 000/-). However, i have not received any reply from nobroker about refund status of amount. I had sent reminder email on 24.08.2020.in response to that i had received call from nobroker and they informed me that amount transfer request is in process. However, i didnt received the amount. Hence, i again sent reminder email on 14.09.2020 & shared my account details again to transfer the amount. However, till date amount is not received. This kind of response is not expected from a service provider like no-broker & i will never recommend anyone to use nobroker service.
