Owner plan was purchased on 18 July 2020 for three of my flats.
As per the terms, if nobroker can not rent the flat within the specified duration, the money paid to this plan (Rs. 30, 676.00 /-) must be returned to the customer.
I have paid the amount of ₹ 30, 676.00 for 3 flats with moneyback guarantee along with Customer Relation Ship Manager engagement and Field Service Manager, which was promised to be paid back as well.
They paid me only 19, 084.19.
The remaining amount Rs 11, 592 refund is not being given to me .

hi, this seems to be a fraud. I have sent multiple emails, with payment receipts, no response from nobroker yet.
I urge not to believe the fradulent scheme of Moneyback schemes.
Is there a solution here ?
