I was looking into No broker ac service to get my ac serviced. I checked for the price and after sometime I got a call saying that they can provide me further discount on the price for my ac service since I had 4 acs .I paid them Rs 1433 on 19th March 2023. I was supposed to get the service on 20th March 2023 between 6:30pm to 7:00 pm. Moments after paying them I received a call again saying that the transaction has not been accepted due to some technical issues. I mailed them my payment confirmation receipt just after that call. I didn't receive any update on that day. Next day I called them to ask for update, they said that payment failed due to technical issues, and they will initiate and give the refund within next 24 hours. I called them again they said that refund won't be initiated I'll get the service the same day or max by next day.
Since 19th I have been calling them every day but every time I have received different answers. None of them gave a consistent answer. Sometimes they said I will receive the refund within 24 hours or sometimes they would say I will receive the service within 24 hours, sometimes they would ask for my bank statement or some other document.
But not even once I have received a consistent story from their team. The only consistent answer I received that sir we will call you back after checking in 10 mins, which obviously they lied and not even once did I receive a call back. Instead, I had to call them the next day.
I have given them every document they asked for but not even once I received an email confirmation in spite of asking for it on each and every call.
In the past 11-12 days they have been tolling me left and right. I have wasted an average of 30-45 minutes on call daily in the past 11-12 days.
I would request you to look into it and make them compensate for my time, money and mental stress. I am attaching my bank statement and payment confirmation receipt along with this email.

Your team has been saying the same that you provide services on time and process refunds too however that isn't the case for me and many like me who have raised the complaint here.
In the email can you please mention the approximate amount of time you would require to do this for once and all?
