Dear team, I am frustrated with Nobroker Company. Once they sell their service, they never reply or call back. Please see the below story and need your urgent help on it. On 4 Dec, 2023, They called me to buy a legal service, by misleading me, by confusing me. I end up buying a Nobroker Legal service package of worth rupees 23, 000/-. Later I realised, It is of no use for me. I asked him, please adjust this amount with some other service from your company like Packers and Movers. Earlier, they agreed over the call, unfortunately, I don't have a call record. Now(March 2024), when I have asked to give other service, they are telling me it is not possible to adjust the amount to some other service, I will refund the amount. so I asked, Please give me an email confirmation, after that they stopped replying, stop picking up calls. Stop giving the resolution. Relationship Manager: rachana [protected]@nobroker.in Please ask them to provide the resolution on this. Please refund my amount, which they promised.
