Firstly ur service was pathetic - no follow ups on time. One relationship officer ignored my emails regularly and complained to me being unreachable due to my new number which was not updated - stating that they contacted many times. Helloooo! If i am unreachable on fone why din the person email???, minting money out of nothing. Wrong infos on the website, when i pointed out still you did not retract. And then you promise extension of help but nothing has happend since months!!!
The relationship officer would say that he will send the contacts in two days but it wudn be done even in 2 weeks. Then he called stating account will be reactivated in 2 days (As a compensation for bad service) but it wouldnt be done even in 2 week.
Frauds who lie to their teeth.

Please don't book no brokers packers and movers for any reason and any time. Fully fake peoples, fake commitments and only frustration remains for you.

I booked no brokers and packers and movers from babusapalaya to electronic city for 4550rs as per instant quot generated online and asked to pay 10% as advance 455rs i paid. Later an agent from no brokers called and asked what are thing i need to...

I have register with no broker 9th april 2018 and its been almost 10 days i haven't got any proper property as per my requirement, not even a single visit. They have assigned a relationship manager to me and she is not at all active. I have explained her all my requirements but till date she never suggested me any property which is worth visiting. I have complained to no broker several time regading same and requested them to change my relationship manager but they didn't. Everytime i get the same reply from them that we have escalated your issue. I have asked for refund, one of their colleague is saying we will refund the amount another one is saying we cannot its non refundable.

So basically we have registered ourselves with no broker so that we dont have to follow up with on=wners and broker but now i have to keep following up with no broker, owner and their existing tenants. I have gone to visit one proeprty after confirming multiple times with no broker and when i reach there no one was available to show the flat.

I want my money back and i dont want to deal with no broker anymore.

Nobroker is a made with state-of-the-art technique to make people fool who are struggling for flat on rent while saving their money. Clapping hands to ceo (Deliberately writing it in small letters as you do not deserve for the big one) you should rather write a book "count your money before i catch it"

I bought my freedom plan. I found out that the property i visited having wrong information published in nobroker site. Property with owner name rohan tayade in mumbai goregoan east is getting displayed with lift available and accordingly i confirmed with owner also as lift is my primary requirement. But when i visited the property i found that there is no lift. I complain to mr aman in customer support, after cross checking he assured me that i will get reimbursement of 1 contact back to my account which i have not got yet. My whole money time and effort gone in vain when going to see the site. As per mr aman no broker does not cross verify the ad posted by owner. #... What does mean by buying plan. If it is not verified by nobroker i can get the same facility in other sites free of cost. If it is not cross verified by nobroker it means no ad is 100% reliable then why should i waste my money effort and time just seeing the site and finding the property with missing amenities. I asked aman from customer care to connect to his manager he told that this issue is not such that can be escalated to his manager level. I asked amam again if i can talk to your ceo (I thought there is one person in any org who is available atleast to listen his customer complain) but again he denied to give it. Believe me mr ceo this happened to me next day also i found another property with wrong information i have given my feedback for both property you better can check my account and its information.

So now it means that mr ceo "you caught my money before i could count it".

Nobroker is not a professional organisation but it is a shop run by a bunch of immature and unprofessional people. Congratulation to you mr ceo you are now ceo of a shop.

We booked packers and movers service for 30march 2018though we recieved message and confirmation on booking no one turned up for packing and moving service. The whole day we kep trying and evrytime the reply is they will do it one hour. Today till 31stmarch 2018we have not yet got the service. Now at this last movement we are put into such trouble not able to find an alternated booking service. No broker customer care are most useless people. This company needs to be shut down when they dont k ow their job. I want some compensation for the kind of trouble they have put me in.

I took paid service from nobroker.com as they promissed me that they will show plenty of properties with my expectations. But they didn't shown even single property and they were saying my plan got expired so so another 2.3k to extend the service. While taking this plan they said that they have many properties in that location with my requirements.

My experience working with nobroker technologies was great until a # manager joined the sales team. He feels punjabi is the smartest of all mankind, so he started creating gang of #s, instead of working on customer service. His way of working is by threatening employees of loosing their job or salary and forcing them to work. Many efficient employees had to quit company bcz of the # manager and his "chelas" (Bucket catchers). Finally team built with hard work is going into junk bcz of few idiotic heads.

Worst experience ever. The system is developed only to take money from user. I opted for 1999* plan. And since that day i regret doing it.

1. Rm assigned has no idea about the property he/she is sharing. (See attached photos)

2. As rm mostly leaves in different city he does not have an idea about your locality thus he suggest you properties blindly without having a look at it.

3. Rm mostly not available. When you call customer center their standard reply is - "we have noted down your complaint and we will look into it", which never happens.

4. No broker actually worse than brokers, because when you pay to brokers they actually take the responsibility on their shoulder. While here responsibility is all yours. You yourself has to search properties online and most of which are below average, with higher rent.

5. When asked for leads, it took them 5-6 days to come back with leads. Those leads were already there in app. So why it took 5-6 days for them to revert?

6. I have not used single contact and requested for the refund which was denied. So clearly what they are bothered about is money and nothing else.

This is a fraud company run by couple of goons, my request to all people willing to pay the nobroker please beware they change the plan t&c without informing customer.
I brought relax plan in july 2017 with validity of 3 months but these people deactivated my plan without giving any prior intimation.
Now when i am asking them to reactivate my plan they are citing t as a technical issue.

These are bunch of fraud goons looting customer beware before paying anything to them.

I paid for their plan who said that they will help me in getting a tenant.
Infact i was approached through their chat bot and spread awareness of their plans. I thought of trying it through them since i am not residing in chennai currently. They gave me all the big talks and also they are full of #.
They assigned me with a lady as the rm and she only called or emailed me stating that she is on weekly off. Never got any people for 45 days. When i send them different emails asking for justification, they give a lame excuse and
These rms do not do any work and they give u all crap and boast a lot.
They took my property listing off the chart when it was due to expire and this was when i asked for my refund of money.

We paid 2.3k (Incl tax) as an relax plan... But we dint get any support from our respective manger... And no response... I just say other people not to use no broker anymore its cheat app. They just eat money. Instead you can use some other app. And also you can search by uslf outside... I just sugest not to use this no broker account any more. Its a horrible app..

I opted for the moneyback plan of nobroker, which assured 100% refund of money, if you get the house from other source. I had submitted all the important documents (Rental agreement, and screenshot of the duration of the plan) within time. They did not respond to me. I called the customer care, around 6-7 times, they said they are escalating but i never got a call from any senior. I again sent the mail, still no response. I waited for the support team to respond for more than a week now. I am fed up this now. They aren't giving my refund. And it has been more than a month now. Still, no action or call back from their side. I request you to please look into this matter. Thank you!

No broker people are big cheats. They cahagred me 999 stating they will provide me with details of new listings in my area but they gave me incorrect sdetails the rent was wrong. One house was already rented and it has been a month i still have not received a single mail stating new propeerties

When i call for a refund they say 24 hours we will getr back but never get back heights of duping customers

They have a plan called "Assured Plan" at Rs.5999, where the consumer is promised contacts of 45 houses in 45 days or a 100% refund.
In 30 days, all I got was 4 contacts, out of which 3 were completely irrelevant and 1 was that of a very old house!
When questioned, I was asked to find a house through my own means and share the rental agreement to initiate refund before the expiry of the plan period, which I did.
The response I now receive is that the house is not in line with the requirement and hence the refund is not applicable.
Either, nobroker never understood my requirement in the first place or refund was never the intention!
I got cheated through this scam.
My humble request is to ensure such nature of activities are not encouraged as a part of democracy and enable an open and easy means to cheat general public

I requested to rent my flat no u3/24 $ bhk at pune clearly for family only with all photos on this web site and paid rs 2999/- and no action till 7 april 2017 by agency and requested them to return my money but on 11 april 2017 i got message my property has been removed from no broker.in after that i asked for return of my rs 2999/.
But ms priya replied that it was mistake but still she insisted that i must give some time but nothing has been done till date and now i get message the period is over for agreement and the flat has not been rented.in beteen some 6 students wnted and one couple inetacted and they say they wanted only 2 bhk.

The above factors lead to the way the property has been advertised by nobroker.com is very casual and no interest take in spite of my clear directions that it is meant for only big family no bachelors and not for business.

I request a case be booked against to get my money back.

No Broker Had a Free Plan Of 9 Listings Of Flats With No Brokerage But All Of Them Were Against My Requirement Area And Rent. So I Phoned No Broker And Told Him To Give Flats According To My Requirement. He Said You Will Have To Go For Freedom Plan Which Cost Rs.999 And You Will Get 25 Contacts According To Your Requirement. I Paid Rs.999 Through PMC(Punjab Maharastra Cop Bank Debit Card On 9/04/2017. Since Then I Have Not Got 25
Contacts According To My Requirement. I Phoned No Broker And Told Mr. Karan That If You Can"t Give Me 25 Contacts According To My Requirement Kindly Refund My Payement. As Few Contacts Given By You Were Not As Per My Requirement Which Was Rent Of Rs.7000 And Area Mira Bhyandar. To Which He Said We Don't Have Refund Policy. But I Will Put In Your Refund Request As You Have Not Been Provided Your Requirement Contacts. Now He Says We Won't Refund you As It's Against The Company Policy.
I Have Got All The Audio Recordings Of The Calls Made To No Broker.

Beware of paying 100% NoBroker charges. They will not deliver the services promised and your money is in their hands.

I filled up all relevant information in the format of L/L agreement. Yet when my registered soft copy arrived, I found blunders in it that could put me in trouble at a later date.

#The LICENSEE did not include the successors, legal heirs, assigns, executors and administrators.
#The Rent was stated to be paid on the 20th of every month. NoBroker made it the 05th of every month.
#The clause mentioning additional furniture was completely omitted.
#NoBroker gave me jargon in the breakup of fees which I did not understand
# I am not receiving phone calls from them
# Every time you call they will ask for your registered mobile number. Can't they store in their databank?
#It is a service that is below par

Buyer beware

I have purchased relax plan. But they haven't help me to find a right property. There is no difference between relax and freedom plan.

Please don't go for it. They are cheating customers. They haven't call to owners and fix the appointment. They just send a phone number of the owner. They won't verify whether its right info or wrong info. They sent many useless contacts. They have sent many irrelated properties. Totally waste our time and money.

I request them to change my relationship manager. They didn't response till now.

I will not suggest anyone to Nobroker.

Even their site also showing wrong info. I have attached the screenshot. Same house display for different properties.

It was a bad experience from no brocker even after verifying the address to be mentioned in the agreement they sent me the agreement with wrong address and since two days i am trying to get in touch with them.
There is no proper response to customers and really shamefull services.
I paid around 300 rs and its a complete loss since they sent me a wrong agreement.
