I registered my property (3bhk, sobha ivory, pune) with nobroker since nov'17 in super money back plan as i am an nri. The response from relation manager had been very bad, most of the time he just didnt pick up phone and seems to be not interested in direct talk.
They could hardly manage any tenant to even check the property. Since no tenant could be found for so long, i am eligible for refund.
I had been following with my rm for same since last one month, but he just keeps saying the refund is processed, whereas the money is not yet credited in my account.
He is even not providing the details and has deactivated/changed his phone.
Please look into this and arrange to follow-up with no broker to process my refund.
