[Resolved]  Nobroker — Cheating from no broker fraud company on relax plan.

NoBroker called me on sunday march 12th 2023 and told me to dont go for basic plan since I will not get proper properties as per me requirement. Instead they told buy a relax plan and we can assure you a flat as per your wish.
I was looking for mandatory secuirty apartments in jaynagar. I had strongly told them I need mandatory security gaurd kind of apartments. They told we have plenty of flats and if you buy relax plan we will give you so much options as per your requirment.

I applied for the plan for Rs. 4660. Then he filled all the requirements and told me to wait till get contacted by relation ship manager. Two times relationship manager got changed without my knowledge and they dont even tell me why?.
first rm name was : Mohammed Waseem didnt even provide any options and cancelled me.
And then I didnt even get call after 1 day and after that a new rm by name "Sudeep Kumar" contacted me, he gave 10 options of house which were not even apartments and it did not have any gated securities.

all the options he gave was 1 rated houses. When I asked why, he told me my rent is less so only that much we can offer, when I asked why didnt you tell me this before when I was paying for the plan "he had no answer". It has already been three weeks since I raised the complaint in nobroker to grieveance officer.

The officer told he will check all the previous call details and come back to me. He has not called me or mailed me back.

Sudeep called and said he will not refund the amount and the case is still on going.

I have told them since the descrepency is not from my end and I feel cheated I am going to raise a legal complaint and notify this to all the innocent people out there.

I demand a refund with interests.

They had agreed to all my requirements when I was paying the amount but now they tell otherwise. This is not how you treat your clients. If you are not able to provide the options of flat, then refund my money.

Dont think you can escape by stealing my money. Indian government is stronger than you. You are just a private company. I have no fear since I have not done any mistake from my end. I will surely raise a case against against nobroker. Let the court make you respond.
